Was this lady being too honest? 🫣🤪😂🫶
We showed our new packaging, thinking it was great, and a customer commented saying that she didn’t like it 😮
But really, that comment was exactly what we needed! Because honestly, we didn’t like it either 😅😂
We are trying to do something different in laundry, to reinvent an entire industry. Â
And the way that we designed that first packaging was actually to satisfy the way retail is currently done! But it just doesn’t nail what we are trying to do.
So, thank you!  🫶
We are sending you a free stain pen for giving us the push we needed,  and we’ve gone back to the drawing board 😂
Here’s a few shots of what we’re working on! I’ve labelled them A, B, and C so let us know which one you prefer, and we’ll make it happen!!

I like the current packaging, plain, simple and classy with strong brand association. Less is more. The other packaging screams like it could be hanging at the end of an isle in a bargain store

I think people are interpreting A as a printed picture of the product, not as a rounded-corner window. I find A a lot more elegant, protective of the product and safe from the structural packaging distortion enabled by the huge cutout in B. It doesn’t need plastic, I don’t know why people are talking about plastic. Also I don’t understand why people are saying B would save paper. It wouldn’t: the window will just be cut from a huge sheet of paper in the factory. So yes, I end up with less paper in my hands, but it doesn’t mean less paper was used.
Sorry for the long rant, I just think A is not getting the credit it deserves hahaha

I like the look of B but think the packaging will be easily damaged and soon look trashy, similarly with A. C would be more eye-catching on the shelves and is more informative so I choose C.

I like the look of B best but the video link QR code would be really helpful.
