What do you guys think of this Refill Pouch recycle system!? ♻️
When we showed you our refill pouch concept back in August, we had this great comment from Stacey Smith suggesting a system where the empty pouches could be sent back to us to be refilled and reused!
We absolutely loved this idea, as keeping Tallow + Ash as planet-friendly as possible is super important to us. Our initial thoughts are to create a system where once you’ve used 6 refill pouches or more, you can package them up and send them back to our warehouse so they can be reused or recycled correctly. And then as a thank you from us to you, we’ll gift you a free Laundry Shampoo + Conditioner set of your choice!
We want to make this process as easy as possible for you so we’re looking at getting some pre-paid return labels sorted before we get this system up and running but would love to hear your feedback first!

I already use a refill pouch system with Bower Collective where I save up the pouches and post them back. After getting your sample pack and then a few bottles after thar, I was hoping you would do this so I can permanently switch to you for my laundry needs. I’m so glad you’re putting this system in place.

Yes! A wonderful practical idea plus it’s a win win for you and customers such as myself with being more environmentally friendly as we recyclable the items we can re-use time and time again.
