What do you guys think of this Refill Pouch recycle system!? ♻️
When we showed you our refill pouch concept back in August, we had this great comment from Stacey Smith suggesting a system where the empty pouches could be sent back to us to be refilled and reused!
We absolutely loved this idea, as keeping Tallow + Ash as planet-friendly as possible is super important to us. Our initial thoughts are to create a system where once you’ve used 6 refill pouches or more, you can package them up and send them back to our warehouse so they can be reused or recycled correctly. And then as a thank you from us to you, we’ll gift you a free Laundry Shampoo + Conditioner set of your choice!
We want to make this process as easy as possible for you so we’re looking at getting some pre-paid return labels sorted before we get this system up and running but would love to hear your feedback first!

Happy to have my subscription by pouches once I have collected all my bottles!

Your solution creates more long term waste than the idea initially submitted on Instagram. People will be buying refill pouches for their existing bottles so why would they want two more bottles when they send back the empty pouches? It doesn’t make sense.

While I appreciate the circular programme idea, you break it by rewarding with a a normal duo. Would it not be a better idea to then provide a duo refill pouch or two for free?

Great idea but why not 2 replacement pouches? Point of pouches to stop ordering bottles?
