What do you guys think of this Refill Pouch recycle system!? ♻️
When we showed you our refill pouch concept back in August, we had this great comment from Stacey Smith suggesting a system where the empty pouches could be sent back to us to be refilled and reused!
We absolutely loved this idea, as keeping Tallow + Ash as planet-friendly as possible is super important to us. Our initial thoughts are to create a system where once you’ve used 6 refill pouches or more, you can package them up and send them back to our warehouse so they can be reused or recycled correctly. And then as a thank you from us to you, we’ll gift you a free Laundry Shampoo + Conditioner set of your choice!
We want to make this process as easy as possible for you so we’re looking at getting some pre-paid return labels sorted before we get this system up and running but would love to hear your feedback first!

I think your recycling idea is amazing. Recycling plastic these days is really important. Giving an incentive to recycle is something not many companies does yet, so this would be a fab addition to the values of Tallow and Ash. A big thumbs up from me. Xx

Yes i like this idea. Having prepaid labels to return makes it easy. I could go with that 😊

I love the idea of using refill pouches, however, can’t it be that when we send back x6 refill pouches we get a free set of refill pouches rather than the original bottles? Also, if we kept a box our deliveries come in we could use that to return to you keeping within sustainable usage. A prepaid returns label is a great idea you could include in packaging when we order refill pouches so have on hand when ready to send back to you.
Have you thought of a way we could either get vouchers or a code to gift to someone over xmas or just a gift for a birthday maybe? Gets your brand to people who haven’t heard of you yet?
Keep doing what your doing guys you are an inspiration to us all.
