What do you guys think of this Refill Pouch recycle system!? ♻️
When we showed you our refill pouch concept back in August, we had this great comment from Stacey Smith suggesting a system where the empty pouches could be sent back to us to be refilled and reused!
We absolutely loved this idea, as keeping Tallow + Ash as planet-friendly as possible is super important to us. Our initial thoughts are to create a system where once you’ve used 6 refill pouches or more, you can package them up and send them back to our warehouse so they can be reused or recycled correctly. And then as a thank you from us to you, we’ll gift you a free Laundry Shampoo + Conditioner set of your choice!
We want to make this process as easy as possible for you so we’re looking at getting some pre-paid return labels sorted before we get this system up and running but would love to hear your feedback first!

Absolutely love this idea. Have changed my subscription to pouches, will refill all my bottles that I’ve kept and would be hapy to save up and then return the empty pouches.

Yes great idea. The product is lovely but the waste from the bottles is an issue for me and this solves it. I was already using a refillable laundry product so this scheme would make me continue using your product.

I love this idea. I’ve already changed my subscription to refills for my next order & will continue to use these as I’ve kept all my old bottles!
This is a fantastic incentive which I’m sure will be very popular.
