Over the past few months, we’ve been busy bringing you new products like Santal, Golden Oud and Little Miracle, re-modelling the lid to make it easier for you to open, upgrading our shipping times, adding more customer service staff, and tightening up our operations, all for one goal: Being able to give you, the people who use our products, the best service and experience possible.
We are working our hardest behind the scenes, but we'd love your opinion, and an entry into the suggestions box.
What could we do more?
It could be a new fragrance we don't have, an app to make managing subscriptions easier, tweak to current products, or any other way we can improve like our customer service, website, policies, or packaging - to make your T+A experience easier, more enjoyable, or more special.
Every idea, big or small, helps us shape T+A as we grow. Absolutely loads of your past suggestions have already become changes you can see and feel, and we want to keep building an amazing brand together!

An app to manage subscription would be great

I have arthritis in my hands and I find it very difficult and sometimes painful to pull the white ring pull off to open the bottle.
Please could you make it easier for people who may have difficulties.

Why does everything have to have musk, sandalwood, patchouli? Would love to see something fresh with no strong musky woody smells mix in. Something feminine. Even your icing detergent has musk and patchouli !

I’d love to see a Pet odour neutralising laundry liquid for washing dog bedding etc. possibly something Enzymatic which helps neutralise urine smells. I’m a dog walker with 4 dogs of my own and occasionally board dogs. So I wash a lot of bedding and towels. And as others have suggested, a carpet cleaning fluid. I find Citrus scents the best for Doggy smells.
I also agree with some other suggestions like the pour on the cap making the liquid run down it…it’s a bit unsightly when it’s a darker liquid. It just needs a wee tweak. And also the spray bottles need to be a finer mist or be the adjustable type of Nozzle where you can change the spray.
Otherwise, I absolutely love nearly all of your laundry liquids (with the exception of Date night) and find my clothes wash so much better…no bobbling!
