Hey guys, Ciara here! I’m one of the founders of T+A 🥰
Over the past few months, we’ve been busy bringing you new products like Santal, Golden Oud and Little Miracle, re-modelling the lid to make it easier for you to open, upgrading our shipping times, adding more customer service staff, and tightening up our operations, all for one goal: Being able to give you, the people who use our products, the best service and experience possible.
We are working our hardest behind the scenes, but we'd love your opinion, and an entry into the suggestions box.
What could we do more?
It could be a new fragrance we don't have, an app to make managing subscriptions easier, tweak to current products, or any other way we can improve like our customer service, website, policies, or packaging - to make your T+A experience easier, more enjoyable, or more special.
Every idea, big or small, helps us shape T+A as we grow. Absolutely loads of your past suggestions have already become changes you can see and feel, and we want to keep building an amazing brand together!

Shampoo and conditioner of Rain and Salted Moss, my favourite smell of them all

I’m not sure if I’ve just been unlucky, but whenever I pour the liquid into the lid, I always end up with some of it coming out of the draining bit as well as the pourer, if that makes sense! So lose some on the work top, which is really annoying.
Also, is it possible to make the shampoo and conditioner bottles more identifiable, as have put conditioner in the drum a number of times now. Neither are the end of the world, but both definitely annoying 😄

I know it’s not always ‘environmentally friendly’ but I do live in the North of Scotland with limited space for indoor drying in the winter so HAVE to use my tumble dryer. I’d love if Tallow + Ash would come out with tumble dryer sheets or something for the dryer?! Pretty please.

I think you should have scratch and sniff scent samples. I bought the sample box before and chose my favourite but I’d quite like to have a change. I don’t want to have to buy the sample box again, especially as there were some (duvet day for example) that I really didn’t like.
