What can we do more for you?
Hey guys, Ciara here! I’m one of the founders of T+A 🥰

Over the past few months, we’ve been busy bringing you new products like Santal, Golden Oud and Little Miracle, re-modelling the lid to make it easier for you to open, upgrading our shipping times, adding more customer service staff, and tightening up our operations, all for one goal: Being able to give you, the people who use our products, the best service and experience possible.

We are working our hardest behind the scenes, but we'd love your opinion, and an entry into the suggestions box.

What could we do more?

It could be a new fragrance we don't have, an app to make managing subscriptions easier, tweak to current products, or any other way we can improve like our customer service, website, policies, or packaging - to make your T+A experience easier, more enjoyable, or more special.

Every idea, big or small, helps us shape T+A as we grow. Absolutely loads of your past suggestions have already become changes you can see and feel, and we want to keep building an amazing brand together!

How about a Rain & Salted Moss Shampoo & Conditioner? I just cant get enough of that fragrance 😀

For those of us that but the refill, concious it reduces plastic, it would be great if the refill has a sticker of the fragrance that we can paste on the empty bottles. This way the old bottles become reusable with the refill and even if a different scent is used we know what we have.

I love the fragrances, but I think you are losing out with the subscription service, I put off ordering for so long as I didn’t know if I’d like it, but you have no choice to order once.
I received an order today and one item is not what I ordered, how do I sort this out?

The biggest thing I’d like to suggest is the packaging! It needs to be bigger, more sustainable to support the eco-friendly product inside. The bottles look lovely, but my side is cluttered in T+A plastic bottles! The refills although pence cheaper, they are not true refills and I don’t believe the packaging is all that sustainable either.

False promises need to be a thing of the past. I have had a couple of orders unfulfilled due to misleading advertising campaigns. The ‘free’ samples are something I’ve never received despite confirmation in black and white from the customer services team. Its unfortunate and minor but contributes to unnecessary disappointment.
