Hey guys, Ciara here! I’m one of the founders of T+A 🥰
Over the past few months, we’ve been busy bringing you new products like Santal, Golden Oud and Little Miracle, re-modelling the lid to make it easier for you to open, upgrading our shipping times, adding more customer service staff, and tightening up our operations, all for one goal: Being able to give you, the people who use our products, the best service and experience possible.
We are working our hardest behind the scenes, but we'd love your opinion, and an entry into the suggestions box.
What could we do more?
It could be a new fragrance we don't have, an app to make managing subscriptions easier, tweak to current products, or any other way we can improve like our customer service, website, policies, or packaging - to make your T+A experience easier, more enjoyable, or more special.
Every idea, big or small, helps us shape T+A as we grow. Absolutely loads of your past suggestions have already become changes you can see and feel, and we want to keep building an amazing brand together!

It would be great if you could make a spray to decrease the laudary.

less single use plastic, please! I feel really bad buying your amazing smelling products, because of all the plastic pollution they create :(
Please, PLEASE release more products in soft, really recycable pouches.
And consider creating dry, travel-friendly versions of your products – laundry sheets in paper packs.
Those would become my forever laundry detergents <3

Id love a reusable bottle ( with a place to write the current scent on or something). There seems like so much waste . And / or a way to return the bottles for reuse . I know you can buy refills which I do but they aren’t in all the scents . Thank you

It would be helpful if you could buy the conditioners just on their own for all the fragrances.

You need to bring back Candy Beach and Celestial to the range, miss the fragrances and the colours; we need the Fabric Cleansers too. I lent my Celestial to a friend and she was obsessed and made her first order but couldnt get Celestial so went for Aurora which whilst lovely is not Celestial. I think they’ll do amazing in a come back even if only for one month of the year like the Halloween 🎃 special!
Please bring Spooky Szn back with the Fabric spray for Halloween it has one of the longer lasting scents!
Could you also use the technology in Spooky for Santal as it doesn’t seem as strong a scent as the others.
