Hey guys, Ciara here! I’m one of the founders of T+A 🥰
Over the past few months, we’ve been busy bringing you new products like Santal, Golden Oud and Little Miracle, re-modelling the lid to make it easier for you to open, upgrading our shipping times, adding more customer service staff, and tightening up our operations, all for one goal: Being able to give you, the people who use our products, the best service and experience possible.
We are working our hardest behind the scenes, but we'd love your opinion, and an entry into the suggestions box.
What could we do more?
It could be a new fragrance we don't have, an app to make managing subscriptions easier, tweak to current products, or any other way we can improve like our customer service, website, policies, or packaging - to make your T+A experience easier, more enjoyable, or more special.
Every idea, big or small, helps us shape T+A as we grow. Absolutely loads of your past suggestions have already become changes you can see and feel, and we want to keep building an amazing brand together!

1/Please change your courier company- Evri are continually damaging my parcels beyond repair so they are halted within their tracking system so never reach me. I’ve then to contact you to have a replacement sent. I think whilst your branded packaging tape looks great it’s a dead giveaway what’s inside so think someone that works for Evri is deliberately damaging them. Tallow and Ash customer service could be quicker to respond to me raising this given I’m a “ mega” customer by my number of orders. It’s very strange it only happened with T&A parcels shipped via Evri never any other retailer
2/Postage charges are high IMO – yes I know the items are weighty but £5.99 is too much
3/I’ve had 3 mystery boxes and Pistaschio had been in two out of the 3… do you not keep a record of what the customer gets to change it up?
4/Smaller sizes of the fabric spray
5/More sizes of branded laundry bags for lingerie and bigger items

The only two I have found that smell the longest on clothes (from the ones I have tried – samples are not big enough to fully test) are candy beach and pistachio (and that is using 2 capfuls of conditioner) coco butter kisses smells the least which is a shame, as if it was stronger it would be great! Fabric sprays are lovely and high maintenance is very good! 😊

I bought the Oud conditioner on the basis that it smelt glorious in the container and had very high expectations. However I was disappointed be the lack of fragrance- even a double and triple dose didn’t have the desired impact. The smell did not even linger for a few hours. For the price and packaging it does not warrant the premium. I would say in favour that it does feel softer on clothes and irons a lot better. Unless it was half the price I would not purchase again I am afraid.
