Hey guys, Ciara here! I’m one of the founders of T+A 🥰
Over the past few months, we’ve been busy bringing you new products like Santal, Golden Oud and Little Miracle, re-modelling the lid to make it easier for you to open, upgrading our shipping times, adding more customer service staff, and tightening up our operations, all for one goal: Being able to give you, the people who use our products, the best service and experience possible.
We are working our hardest behind the scenes, but we'd love your opinion, and an entry into the suggestions box.
What could we do more?
It could be a new fragrance we don't have, an app to make managing subscriptions easier, tweak to current products, or any other way we can improve like our customer service, website, policies, or packaging - to make your T+A experience easier, more enjoyable, or more special.
Every idea, big or small, helps us shape T+A as we grow. Absolutely loads of your past suggestions have already become changes you can see and feel, and we want to keep building an amazing brand together!

I love Icing on the Cake but the white component and the dark brown detergent is a recipe for a very mucky looking bottle. I usually like to leave my bottles of T&A out on display as they are so aesthetically pleasing, but after a few uses of that specific scent it has to be hidden away as it looks atrocious around the cap. A lighter coloured/clear detergent or a darker bottle would be more suitable.

I really love your products! I think scent boosters for the machine would be a wonderful addition just to make the scent a bit more prominent ( I find that I use more than I should which makes it quite expensive) also maybe have someone to check the packages before they are sent as I’ve had 3 now that have leaked in the box

It would be great if we could buy refill pouches for the fabric sprays instead of buying bottles each time.
Id love to have celestial as permanent scent option! And it would be nice if all the scents were equally strong. I find I need to use more of Fresh Pistachio and Date Night than I do of Icing on the cake and Celestial for example.

I’d love love love the Rain & Salted Moss as a laundry set. I love it as a fabric spray but it’s not enough!!!! 😍

Please could we do free postage after a certain spend thats the biggest draw back I have before spending on the website. Travel size ones would also be great!!!
