Over the past few months, we’ve been busy bringing you new products like Santal, Golden Oud and Little Miracle, re-modelling the lid to make it easier for you to open, upgrading our shipping times, adding more customer service staff, and tightening up our operations, all for one goal: Being able to give you, the people who use our products, the best service and experience possible.
We are working our hardest behind the scenes, but we'd love your opinion, and an entry into the suggestions box.
What could we do more?
It could be a new fragrance we don't have, an app to make managing subscriptions easier, tweak to current products, or any other way we can improve like our customer service, website, policies, or packaging - to make your T+A experience easier, more enjoyable, or more special.
Every idea, big or small, helps us shape T+A as we grow. Absolutely loads of your past suggestions have already become changes you can see and feel, and we want to keep building an amazing brand together!

I’d love a fragrance like Gucci guilty, also hand soaps. I find a lot are too harsh for my sensitive skin. I think you could expand your whole range as all your fragrances are amazing! ❤️🙂

Oh yeah, another thing I saw mentioned is a antibacterial laundry cleanser. I use it all the time, but when I’m washing towels, I don’t use your products because I don’t like to use shampoo without conditioner. It’s not an equal amount, and you’re not supposed to wash towels with conditioner. So, instead, I use gel detergent and an antibacterial cleanser. I don’t mind using gel detergent, but I’d love to have a scented antibacterial cleanser from you. I’d definitely buy it, not just for scented towels, but to boost everything else too. I usually can fit two conditioner caps and one cap of laundry cleanser.

Hi, I love your products & scents, & I love your laundry stain remover powder.
A few suggestions that I’d love to see please:
More refill options, I’d prefer to not keep purchasing plastic bottles-your bottles are beautiful but Im happy to keep using them & refilling them (save plastic waste, save on postage weight/costs);
More pick & mix options, such as 2 laundry shampoos rather than a shampoo & conditioner, & picking 2 different scents as part of a two set offer;
More options in refills as part of the sets;
Long term can you explore your refill pouches becoming recyclable please;
Offers on free postage, or free postage for subscriptions.

Loving the fragrances especially OUD. Only tiny concern is two of the big bottles leaked a little during delivery not an issue but you might need to follow up on this. Will definitely be reordering if my washing machine was able to thank me sure it would x

Waking up in summer to my bedding smelling of fresh lemon balm would be amazing , with a room spray spritzed onto my cushions ect that smells of tomato leaves, perfect morning combo.
