Hey guys, Ciara here! I’m one of the founders of T+A 🥰
Over the past few months, we’ve been busy bringing you new products like Santal, Golden Oud and Little Miracle, re-modelling the lid to make it easier for you to open, upgrading our shipping times, adding more customer service staff, and tightening up our operations, all for one goal: Being able to give you, the people who use our products, the best service and experience possible.
We are working our hardest behind the scenes, but we'd love your opinion, and an entry into the suggestions box.
What could we do more?
It could be a new fragrance we don't have, an app to make managing subscriptions easier, tweak to current products, or any other way we can improve like our customer service, website, policies, or packaging - to make your T+A experience easier, more enjoyable, or more special.
Every idea, big or small, helps us shape T+A as we grow. Absolutely loads of your past suggestions have already become changes you can see and feel, and we want to keep building an amazing brand together!

I think you guys are doing great work in expanding and keeping up with the demands but something worth investing in is consistency. I feel the quality and texture of some of the products has changes and slipped. A few examples are Aurora, Duvet Day and Odyssey. It’s a shame that Aurora turns yellow, Duvet Day is literally water and hardly bubbles up and Odyssey conditioner just has lost its umph and potency. They used to be signature products and it seems with the focus on the new, the old ones seem to have been forgotten. Thanks!

Love the scents however the fabric sprays tend to leak sometimes (when spraying) so would be good to fix that! Love everything though!

Would love to try the fragrance boosters when you have them out. It would be nice to have summer fling available in a fabric spray.

I hope you go ahead with the small fabric sprays, I’d also love dryer sheets as I find the fragrance disappears in my dryer! An app to manage things and keep a track on reward points would be handy too.
