Over the past few months, we’ve been busy bringing you new products like Santal, Golden Oud and Little Miracle, re-modelling the lid to make it easier for you to open, upgrading our shipping times, adding more customer service staff, and tightening up our operations, all for one goal: Being able to give you, the people who use our products, the best service and experience possible.
We are working our hardest behind the scenes, but we'd love your opinion, and an entry into the suggestions box.
What could we do more?
It could be a new fragrance we don't have, an app to make managing subscriptions easier, tweak to current products, or any other way we can improve like our customer service, website, policies, or packaging - to make your T+A experience easier, more enjoyable, or more special.
Every idea, big or small, helps us shape T+A as we grow. Absolutely loads of your past suggestions have already become changes you can see and feel, and we want to keep building an amazing brand together!

Could you possibly consider refills for the fabric sprays? I don’t want to end up with hundreds of bottles. I’d also love a generic bottle set so I can just buy refills and change it up each time. It’s wasteful having all the different bottles as great as they look.

Love the scents. Would love to be able to buy all the sprays as a set in a smaller size. I find the gorgeous smell fades a little in my dyer so some dryer sheets would be amazing!!
I would LOVE car air fresheners to hang on my mirror too.

Further to a new fragrance suggestion i made earlier, I think another more masculine smelling product would be good. An ideal one (imo) would be something like Fierce by Abercrombie + Fitch. If you’ve never smelled it before, oh my goodness! The word sexy doesn’t do it justice. They spray it in the air vents in the stores in America to make the whole place smell amazing, but it also draws people in from around the mall like something out of old Bugs Bunny or Tom and Jerry cartoon when the steamy hand comes out of an apple pie and they have to follow it! Same effect!! I know because it’s happened to me more than once 😄. I’d love to wash my husband’s and son’s clothes in something like that. Possibly a fabric spray to match too. 🥰

I love the move to more woody scents as I’m not a fan of anything too sweet or vanilla. Santal and golden oud are great but I know you’ll only pick one. The scent I think would work amazingly would be something similar to aesops hand cream – with Moroccan cedar and citrus. Something more woody, herbal and fresh.
