Over the past few months, we’ve been busy bringing you new products like Santal, Golden Oud and Little Miracle, re-modelling the lid to make it easier for you to open, upgrading our shipping times, adding more customer service staff, and tightening up our operations, all for one goal: Being able to give you, the people who use our products, the best service and experience possible.
We are working our hardest behind the scenes, but we'd love your opinion, and an entry into the suggestions box.
What could we do more?
It could be a new fragrance we don't have, an app to make managing subscriptions easier, tweak to current products, or any other way we can improve like our customer service, website, policies, or packaging - to make your T+A experience easier, more enjoyable, or more special.
Every idea, big or small, helps us shape T+A as we grow. Absolutely loads of your past suggestions have already become changes you can see and feel, and we want to keep building an amazing brand together!

I’m a new be and love your products they have changed my life as waking up I no longer itch or have a runny nose! What a great product .. I have just ordered and waiting for delivery of your spays to try .. I have no suggestions as yet as atm I’m one happy customer.. thank you

You’ve mentioned the new tops but as yet haven’t tried them. Am still using up my older bottles as I ordered rather a lot…am a massive fan!
However, if the new tops stop the drip drip I’ve experienced with the last few bottles….all good! That is the one and only qualm-they dripped dropped from the neck of the topper-infuriating as it went on the floor and down the machine🤨! If thats the remedy now-well I’m impressed! If not… please look at a drip free spout/neck/top?

Definitely need scent boosters, washing smells great when wet, but seems to disappear when dry.

Well, as you asked about small bottles of the fragrance I would also love 100ml bottles of laundry shampoo and conditioner either with the product or even just the empty branded bottles with a dosage lid. Perfect for travel and camper van. I like your samples and currently use them for travel but I now have my favourites and sometimes the sample sachets split during travel.
