In den vergangenen Monaten haben wir fleißig an neuen Produkten wie Santal, Golden Oud und Little Miracle gearbeitet, den Deckel überarbeitet, um das Öffnen zu erleichtern, unsere Lieferzeiten verkürzt, mehr Kundendienstmitarbeiter eingestellt und unsere Abläufe optimiert – alles mit dem Ziel, Ihnen, den Nutzern unserer Produkte, den bestmöglichen Service und das beste Erlebnis zu bieten.
Wir arbeiten im Hintergrund mit Hochdruck daran, aber wir würden uns sehr über Ihre Meinung und Ihre Vorschläge freuen.
Was könnten wir noch tun?
Es könnte sich um einen neuen Duft handeln, den wir noch nicht haben, eine App, die die Verwaltung von Abonnements vereinfacht, um Optimierungen an bestehenden Produkten oder um jede andere Möglichkeit, wie wir unseren Kundenservice, unsere Website, unsere Richtlinien oder unsere Verpackung verbessern können – um Ihr T+A-Erlebnis einfacher, angenehmer oder besonderer zu gestalten.
Jede Idee, ob groß oder klein, hilft uns, T+A im Zuge unseres Wachstums weiterzuentwickeln. Zahlreiche Ihrer bisherigen Vorschläge haben bereits zu sichtbaren und spürbaren Veränderungen geführt, und wir möchten gemeinsam weiterhin eine großartige Marke aufbauen!

There isn’t much I can say I don’t enjoy about the products except the change in bottle closure has meant that there was leaking from both bottles in my last delivery for the first time ever. I’d prefer to peel off the top than have a soggy cardboard box and wasted product.

A sport clothes detergent. Made to care for fibres like lycra etc. Maybe a scentless formula, with the option of adding a ‘shot’ of our preferred T&A fragrance (at checkout? Cheaper to produce. Also, just a ‘sports detergent’ bottle, so not affected by whatever scents one chooses).
And a scentless clothes disinfectant, that does not interfere with our T&A products

I always end up with conditioner left as the amount you use in each wash is considerably less than the shampoo.
Also agree about the lack of scoop in the high maintenance powder. One should be included with your first order at least.

I love your products but would like to see the following added to your range
Scented ironing water Antibac powder to add when washing underwear, bedding and gym clothes on a low temperature Wardrobe hangers/drawer scents.I love your fabric spray but think the bottle could be improved as the liquid does not come out in a mist which would make it much more user friendly

Love the idea of room sprays. Maybe wax melts or hanging air fresheners for wardrobes would be nice. I use the fabric spray on everything, curtains, carpets, sofa… essentially anything that’s fabric! It leaves everything smelling incredible.
One thing I think could be improved is the spray tops on the fabric fragrance bottles. One or two I’ve had spray where there’s a nice ‘mist’ so more even, and better (I think) on clothing. However, most of them spray like a water pistol with a really focused ‘jet spray’ which isn’t great as it leaves one patch on fabric saturated and the rest untouched.
Love this suggestions box idea, btw. I’ve been thinking about emailing re the sprays.
Finally, I love your products. I’ve introduced 4 friends who are equally obsessed. Genuinely have a regular convo with one of them about which scent we’re using this week 🥰
