In den vergangenen Monaten haben wir fleißig an neuen Produkten wie Santal, Golden Oud und Little Miracle gearbeitet, den Deckel überarbeitet, um das Öffnen zu erleichtern, unsere Lieferzeiten verkürzt, mehr Kundendienstmitarbeiter eingestellt und unsere Abläufe optimiert – alles mit dem Ziel, Ihnen, den Nutzern unserer Produkte, den bestmöglichen Service und das beste Erlebnis zu bieten.
Wir arbeiten im Hintergrund mit Hochdruck daran, aber wir würden uns sehr über Ihre Meinung und Ihre Vorschläge freuen.
Was könnten wir noch tun?
Es könnte sich um einen neuen Duft handeln, den wir noch nicht haben, eine App, die die Verwaltung von Abonnements vereinfacht, um Optimierungen an bestehenden Produkten oder um jede andere Möglichkeit, wie wir unseren Kundenservice, unsere Website, unsere Richtlinien oder unsere Verpackung verbessern können – um Ihr T+A-Erlebnis einfacher, angenehmer oder besonderer zu gestalten.
Jede Idee, ob groß oder klein, hilft uns, T+A im Zuge unseres Wachstums weiterzuentwickeln. Zahlreiche Ihrer bisherigen Vorschläge haben bereits zu sichtbaren und spürbaren Veränderungen geführt, und wir möchten gemeinsam weiterhin eine großartige Marke aufbauen!

Could you look at having the option to use an alternative courier service. I had huge issues with my last order, which ultimately lead to me cancelling it due to Evri being unable to deliver my order to my house or a designated shop. My Evri driver informed me that they can’t deliver liquids over a certain volume, which I found very strange considering they had delivered to me previously. This has meant that I’ve stopped ordering, which is such a shame as I love your products and am now eeking the last few washes of Oud (my favourite). Any suggestions as to how I get around this would be much appreciated.

Firstly I would like to say well done on creating these lovely non toxic products that smell amazing. Out of all the scents I have tried, the Pistatio scent definitely lasts the longest of all on my clothing. I used to love Date Night until I realised the staying power of the pistatio. Im not sure how long the Oud scents stay but i would never try those as i dont like the perfumey scents, they give me a headache. Would love to try out a fresh lemon scent and I would like to try Celestial which everyone talks about

Love the idea of changing the opening tabs on the bottles. I have always struggled with opening the bottles.
Why don’t you offer the golden oud as a refill option it would be so much easier to open?
