Wir arbeiten im Hintergrund mit Hochdruck daran, aber wir würden uns sehr über Ihre Meinung und Ihre Vorschläge freuen.
Was könnten wir noch tun?
Es könnte sich um einen neuen Duft handeln, den wir noch nicht haben, eine App, die die Verwaltung von Abonnements vereinfacht, um Optimierungen an bestehenden Produkten oder um jede andere Möglichkeit, wie wir unseren Kundenservice, unsere Website, unsere Richtlinien oder unsere Verpackung verbessern können – um Ihr T+A-Erlebnis einfacher, angenehmer oder besonderer zu gestalten.
Jede Idee, ob groß oder klein, hilft uns, T+A im Zuge unseres Wachstums weiterzuentwickeln. Zahlreiche Ihrer bisherigen Vorschläge haben bereits zu sichtbaren und spürbaren Veränderungen geführt, und wir möchten gemeinsam weiterhin eine großartige Marke aufbauen!

Refills for the laundry Sprays, I have 2 fragrances in use at the moment and my Aurora is running low but I don’t want to have to throw the bottle in for recycling and the spray triggers into Landfill as I don’t think they can be currently recycled

Previously have bought the sample pack to try your scents. I pinned down Oud as my favourite and have ordered this. But since then I have found myself back on your website to reorder but now feel a little bit bombarded with new scents. Yes they sound amazing and I have to agree with previous comments they need to be included as samples. You wouldn’t go and buy a bottle of perfume without smelling it first. I think you need to be careful you are not cluttering the business with too many scents to choose from. As a customer it becomes too complicated to shop.
I liked Oud but now I like the sound of Pistachio and now there’s golden Oud and more new scents coming …that’s when I have to leave and not buy 😞

Refills for the Laundry Fragrances I have purchased a few of the bottles and would just love a refill so I’m not adding to landfill as I don’t think the spray triggers are currently recyclable

I love the products and I subscribe and purchase additional products regularly. I buy the refills but they don’t fill the original containers I would like to see refills having the same content. I recently saw the elixir boosters advertised by email but can’t find them to order? I would like candles and also seasonal scents especially around Christmas. Would love a cleaning spray for the house. I have to say I haven’t had any issues with Evri we have a regular delivery guy and the service has been excellent. X

Be able to have the subscription on a fixed date like order the 15th of every month. Put small samples in subscription box of new up coming fragrances.
