In den vergangenen Monaten haben wir fleißig an neuen Produkten wie Santal, Golden Oud und Little Miracle gearbeitet, den Deckel überarbeitet, um das Öffnen zu erleichtern, unsere Lieferzeiten verkürzt, mehr Kundendienstmitarbeiter eingestellt und unsere Abläufe optimiert – alles mit dem Ziel, Ihnen, den Nutzern unserer Produkte, den bestmöglichen Service und das beste Erlebnis zu bieten.
Wir arbeiten im Hintergrund mit Hochdruck daran, aber wir würden uns sehr über Ihre Meinung und Ihre Vorschläge freuen.
Was könnten wir noch tun?
Es könnte sich um einen neuen Duft handeln, den wir noch nicht haben, eine App, die die Verwaltung von Abonnements vereinfacht, um Optimierungen an bestehenden Produkten oder um jede andere Möglichkeit, wie wir unseren Kundenservice, unsere Website, unsere Richtlinien oder unsere Verpackung verbessern können – um Ihr T+A-Erlebnis einfacher, angenehmer oder besonderer zu gestalten.
Jede Idee, ob groß oder klein, hilft uns, T+A im Zuge unseres Wachstums weiterzuentwickeln. Zahlreiche Ihrer bisherigen Vorschläge haben bereits zu sichtbaren und spürbaren Veränderungen geführt, und wir möchten gemeinsam weiterhin eine großartige Marke aufbauen!

I absolutely love the scents and would really like a car air freshener. I also think scent booster would be a great addition as I don’t feel the scents last that long.

I absolutely love your products but please, please could you offer a recycling system for your pouches and bottles!
I try not to buy too many fragrances because I’m very conscious about how much plastic is involved. Especially the pouches as they are more difficult to recycle in general.

Dryer sheets, conditioner balls to enhance the smell, smell needs to be stronger, on some of the scents I can’t really smell it. Definitely an app.

Take the blurb off the short side of the bottle – the one opposite the spout. Replace with Tallow & Ash plus the product name and type – like you would on the spine of a book. This would make it easier to see which product is which when they’re lined up on a shelf or in a cupboard.
I love that you’ve changed the spout – as a disabled person, it was always really difficult to remove the tab.
Refill pouches that actually refill the bottles.
Refill pouches for sprays.
A better variety of colours – they are too similar, and too “beige”. I guess you’re trying to be stylish, but I just have a shelf of boring shades of brown…!
When are the scent boosters for the dryer coming out?
If doing Xmas scents, can you get them out well before Xmas, so I have time to use them?!
