Wir arbeiten im Hintergrund mit Hochdruck daran, aber wir würden uns sehr über Ihre Meinung und Ihre Vorschläge freuen.
Was könnten wir noch tun?
Es könnte sich um einen neuen Duft handeln, den wir noch nicht haben, eine App, die die Verwaltung von Abonnements vereinfacht, um Optimierungen an bestehenden Produkten oder um jede andere Möglichkeit, wie wir unseren Kundenservice, unsere Website, unsere Richtlinien oder unsere Verpackung verbessern können – um Ihr T+A-Erlebnis einfacher, angenehmer oder besonderer zu gestalten.
Jede Idee, ob groß oder klein, hilft uns, T+A im Zuge unseres Wachstums weiterzuentwickeln. Zahlreiche Ihrer bisherigen Vorschläge haben bereits zu sichtbaren und spürbaren Veränderungen geführt, und wir möchten gemeinsam weiterhin eine großartige Marke aufbauen!

Id really love something that could continue the scent into and beyond the tumble dryer. My clothes smell wonderful when they come out of the machine, but as soon as they go in the tumble dryer with my unscented wooly balls, the scent is gone. Yes I can spray them with your laundry perfume, but doesn’t that defeat the object of them smelling lovely when they come out of the machine. I may as well just use an unscented detergent and just spray when they’re dry.

Loving using your products, but would appreciate being able to try all the new scents before committing to a full bottle. Also, it is annoying when you find a favourite (Bahama Vibes) only to find you discontinue it. Some kind of recycling programme for the refill pouches would also be welcome.

Hi!
I normally add some disinfectant like Zoflora or Dettol to each wash, so if there were Tallow + Ash scented disinfectants, this would make the scents pop even more! Whether that be your own products or collaborating with brands like the aforementioned.
I also add a Calgon tablet to my wash, so again, if you had your own version of Calgon or collaborated with them, that’d be great!
Tallow + Ash scented ironing water would also be nice to complete the laundry process.
I appreciate this may be in progress, but think more/all of your products should be available in Tesco and other supermarkets.
Finally, I have all of the scents you’ve ever brought out and some are not as intense as others so I find that I almost always have to double up on the recommended dosage if I want to be able to smell the amazing scents, so I would say the dosing instructions need to be amended, the fragrance needs to be more intense or failing that, there needs to be some kind of scent booster.
But I love your products and brand!
