Hey guys, Ciara here! I’m one of the founders of T+A 🥰
Over the past few months, we’ve been busy bringing you new products like Santal, Golden Oud and Little Miracle, re-modelling the lid to make it easier for you to open, upgrading our shipping times, adding more customer service staff, and tightening up our operations, all for one goal: Being able to give you, the people who use our products, the best service and experience possible.
We are working our hardest behind the scenes, but we'd love your opinion, and an entry into the suggestions box.
What could we do more?
It could be a new fragrance we don't have, an app to make managing subscriptions easier, tweak to current products, or any other way we can improve like our customer service, website, policies, or packaging - to make your T+A experience easier, more enjoyable, or more special.
Every idea, big or small, helps us shape T+A as we grow. Absolutely loads of your past suggestions have already become changes you can see and feel, and we want to keep building an amazing brand together!

Hi, I am new to your laundry products as I’m keen to try and reduce chemicals etc in laundry products. I agree with other suggestions that fragrances could be a little more intense, clearer text on bottles as it’s less clear on some colours, a free sample with orders would be amazing if that’s possible. My one discovery as a new user is that even with softened water I find it necessary to use more than the minimum suggested dose per laundry load for best cleaning results and any sign of fragrance, this isn’t a problem but for clarity perhaps costing and usage info could be clearer that cost etc is ‘from’ … per wash load. Will keep going with products as I appreciate that as a new customer it may take time to get used to how to get best results. Thank you.

Please bring back Celestial!!! Best smell ever. Also scented candles would be amazing and maybe offer free samples of new fragrances to subscribers.
Absolutely love T&A and have nearly every fragrance now but have noticed after a while the liquid shampoo goes darker?

How about a ‘Coppafeel’ Bright Pink Bottle with a ‘pink’ scent (Rose, Geranium) and donating a percentage to the Coppafeel charity?

I would like the intensity of the fragrance to be the same strength across the lines. I was really looking forward to cocoa butter and summer fling but they just don’t have the hit in the fabrics that something like date night has and I find myself double dosing to make up.

If it was my business. I would join advertising only forces with a company like The Essence Vault.
Two great companies promoting and supporting each other.
For instance your Date Night is exactly the same as their 444.
Why not help each other?
They have hundreds of scents and sales history that you could choose your next line from. You could buddy up and create discounted bundles together.
Just a thought. I know it might seem a bit out there.
