Hey guys, Ciara here! I’m one of the founders of T+A 🥰
Over the past few months, we’ve been busy bringing you new products like Santal, Golden Oud and Little Miracle, re-modelling the lid to make it easier for you to open, upgrading our shipping times, adding more customer service staff, and tightening up our operations, all for one goal: Being able to give you, the people who use our products, the best service and experience possible.
We are working our hardest behind the scenes, but we'd love your opinion, and an entry into the suggestions box.
What could we do more?
It could be a new fragrance we don't have, an app to make managing subscriptions easier, tweak to current products, or any other way we can improve like our customer service, website, policies, or packaging - to make your T+A experience easier, more enjoyable, or more special.
Every idea, big or small, helps us shape T+A as we grow. Absolutely loads of your past suggestions have already become changes you can see and feel, and we want to keep building an amazing brand together!

I suggest that if possible every 6 months or once a year ( for a month ) possibly bring back discontinued liquids
As I this has been a regular ask on FB / instagram posts
It means then people can top up old favourites aswell as buying topping up the scents you have available now
So everyone is kept happy 😊 😃

Your subscription price is the same as your normal price. Most subscription services reduce their price by a pound or so to encourage repeat, regular purchases as opposed to spontaneous sales. Or for subscription services you might reduce their price by delivery charge as an incentive to sign up

Loving what you’ve done so far but would be great if delivery wasn’t so expensive. I’d order so much more spontaneously if it was cheaper and tend to stick to subscription box as I do like the mystery but there are a few fragrances I’m not a massive fan of so am kind of gutted when I get those. Opt out option would be good for scents you have already or don’t particularly like.
I find the scents are overall not that strong so end up having to use double doses to smell their best making washing more expensive. So if this could be looked at?
I love the idea of carpet cleaning solution, that would be amazing and car air fresheners too

Hi, loving the smells and whitening but the smell vanished in the tumble dryer. Is there a smell booster? Or a fabric spray for every scent? Travel size bottles would be amazing to take on holidays.
