In den vergangenen Monaten haben wir fleißig an neuen Produkten wie Santal, Golden Oud und Little Miracle gearbeitet, den Deckel überarbeitet, um das Öffnen zu erleichtern, unsere Lieferzeiten verkürzt, mehr Kundendienstmitarbeiter eingestellt und unsere Abläufe optimiert – alles mit dem Ziel, Ihnen, den Nutzern unserer Produkte, den bestmöglichen Service und das beste Erlebnis zu bieten.
Wir arbeiten im Hintergrund mit Hochdruck daran, aber wir würden uns sehr über Ihre Meinung und Ihre Vorschläge freuen.
Was könnten wir noch tun?
Es könnte sich um einen neuen Duft handeln, den wir noch nicht haben, eine App, die die Verwaltung von Abonnements vereinfacht, um Optimierungen an bestehenden Produkten oder um jede andere Möglichkeit, wie wir unseren Kundenservice, unsere Website, unsere Richtlinien oder unsere Verpackung verbessern können – um Ihr T+A-Erlebnis einfacher, angenehmer oder besonderer zu gestalten.
Jede Idee, ob groß oder klein, hilft uns, T+A im Zuge unseres Wachstums weiterzuentwickeln. Zahlreiche Ihrer bisherigen Vorschläge haben bereits zu sichtbaren und spürbaren Veränderungen geführt, und wir möchten gemeinsam weiterhin eine großartige Marke aufbauen!

Why do you not allow product ratings and reviews on the website as is usual in most online businesses? I realise that there are social media comments but these are not the same as allowing customers to read reviews at the point of sale.
I bought the pistachio shampoo / conditioner and found that it did smell good but it did not do a great job of cleaning sweaty gym clothes or teenage boy shirts. I would have appreciated reading reviews before buying – it helps with reasonable expectations rather than feeling disappointed. I am not interested in having to use stain removers or sprays for typical loads in my household that are cleaned very well by Method or Ecover but would quite happily buy a great smelling product from you for my own bedding etc.
A really good smelling “ shampoo” for sports / smelly clothes that actually cleans well would be appreciated.

A fragrance like a sleep easy for bedding with lavender , chamomile maybe sandal wood. To aid for a wind down and restful sleep. This could be a fabric cleaning spray perfume.

An app would actually be really practical. New scents always fab. The cost of the spray bottles are really quite expensive for the bottle size and I only purchase when they’re on offer now.
A gel stain remover like the Vanish one would be fab and easier/less messy to use on stains to let sit.
Maybe some ecologically friendly ‘dryer type sheets’ with the scents to boost the scents when using the tumble dryer. 🤔 Love your products! Thank you!!

I recently began an order to you then noticed that you seem to be charging a different rate of postage to Northern Ireland than the rest of the UK. I was wondering why this is the case when it is a fact that Northern Ireland is part of the UK? We use Royal Mail in exactly the same way, with the exactly the same postal rates. The postage rate you quoted was more than half the cost of the order. In view of this I’m really sorry to say I won’t be able to order from you in future.

Please also get out to all tesco stores 🙏 even though I’ve been buying on line for ages would be so much easier to top up while doing the food shop ( my store 2880 doesn’t stock it yet )
