Wir arbeiten im Hintergrund mit Hochdruck daran, aber wir würden uns sehr über Ihre Meinung und Ihre Vorschläge freuen.
Was könnten wir noch tun?
Es könnte sich um einen neuen Duft handeln, den wir noch nicht haben, eine App, die die Verwaltung von Abonnements vereinfacht, um Optimierungen an bestehenden Produkten oder um jede andere Möglichkeit, wie wir unseren Kundenservice, unsere Website, unsere Richtlinien oder unsere Verpackung verbessern können – um Ihr T+A-Erlebnis einfacher, angenehmer oder besonderer zu gestalten.
Jede Idee, ob groß oder klein, hilft uns, T+A im Zuge unseres Wachstums weiterzuentwickeln. Zahlreiche Ihrer bisherigen Vorschläge haben bereits zu sichtbaren und spürbaren Veränderungen geführt, und wir möchten gemeinsam weiterhin eine großartige Marke aufbauen!

Hi. Ive put my suggestions in but wondered if I could make another please. The one thing I would like to see is clear see through sides of the packaging so that we can see how much liquid is in, enabling us to judge when we need to order more, making sure we don’t run out!

Hi I often get conditioner and shampoo mixed up especially if I’m in hurry. As both product bottles are same would you consider putting a large S on Shampoo on top bottle and C on conditioner.
I also think cleaning products using your product perfume would be awesome
I love the products and my husband and adult kids have even mentioned how good clothes smell, they’ve never ever mentioned or commented on washing before.
Wiould you consider ironing water.
My only negative is the fabric freshener is overpriced and doesn’t last long.

I agree with the comment from Shona the cleaning power of the shampoo isn’t strong enough to remove stains moreover the whites of my clothes are turning increasingly discoloured even tough I wash them separate from my darks and use your stain remover powder. I previously suggested ironing water with the lovely scents you do. I love the recently released scents they are very uplifting and I would purchase them again however I would only purchase the conditioner as the shampoo isn’t cleaning my clothes as it should. Shame really

Hi,
I’ve been using your products for about a year now and love the scents.
I am however struggling with removing grubby collar marks and everyday stains, even with the stain removing powder ( particularly noticeable on white school shirts). I’ve ended up buying additional detergent to ensure clothes are clean first time.
I’ve previously suggested a shampoo aimed at sweaty sports gear. Standard products don’t alleviated the odour that can collect over time.
Also sent in previously, a notch be added to the bottle mouth, to allow product from the cap to drain back into the bottle, rather than collect around the base of the pourer and spilling when using.
I love your company ethos and the products and scents, but I’m sadly having to buy alternatives to ensure complete cleanliness on soiled items, which negates me trying to do my bit to support the environment : /
