One more from me! I have hard water, so I use 1.5–2 lids of shampoo (for cleaning and scent as one doesn’t add much scent in my experience) but less conditioner, sometimes none at all. As a result, I run out of shampoo first and end up with various leftover conditioners, which means rebuying just for the shampoo. If other customers have the same issue, could you offer larger shampoo bottles or sell shampoo and conditioner separately and as single items? I know they’re sold as pairs, but that still leaves a mismatch. This could help with reducing waste, saving time, and managing space. And agreed with the suggestion of sending you the refill bags for recycling. If one day you get to distribute your products to local shops for refilling (like ecover etc) that would be amazing!!! With regards to fragrance options, it would be great if you could procedure something very similar to the following. There is nothing in the market in the UK that has these scents. The US ie Mrs Meyers has the most amazing scents for all their cleaning and laundry range. We cannot get hold of them due to the import tax.

Love your products, been using them exclusively for just over a year now. I agree with a comment above about a symbol or sign on the bottles to distinguish shampoo from conditioner as it does take that extra minute to double check! Also when something is going to be discontinued could you pre warn us, I absolutely loved Bahama Vibes, had it on subscription then it just vanished and I received Summer Fling which is lovely but not quite as lovely! Also this meant I was left with a full bottle of fragrance spray, annoying but the dog beds are now smelling much better but preferred it on ours with the shampoo and conditioner! An app would be ace to make additional orders easier! Thanks, Kirsty x

I do find the scents get lost in the tumble drier, so sheets maybe a good idea?
I’m also a bit tight and don’t want to spend £20 on a laundry spray that I might not like, so I think maybe little sets of smaller sprays, so you could mix and match, maybe 3/5 in a set?
I also find stains don’t come out too well even with the powder, (my kids constantly run around outside with white socks and no shoes!!) I think there was talk of a spot on spray stain remover, which would be good.
