In den vergangenen Monaten haben wir fleißig an neuen Produkten wie Santal, Golden Oud und Little Miracle gearbeitet, den Deckel überarbeitet, um das Öffnen zu erleichtern, unsere Lieferzeiten verkürzt, mehr Kundendienstmitarbeiter eingestellt und unsere Abläufe optimiert – alles mit dem Ziel, Ihnen, den Nutzern unserer Produkte, den bestmöglichen Service und das beste Erlebnis zu bieten.
Wir arbeiten im Hintergrund mit Hochdruck daran, aber wir würden uns sehr über Ihre Meinung und Ihre Vorschläge freuen.
Was könnten wir noch tun?
Es könnte sich um einen neuen Duft handeln, den wir noch nicht haben, eine App, die die Verwaltung von Abonnements vereinfacht, um Optimierungen an bestehenden Produkten oder um jede andere Möglichkeit, wie wir unseren Kundenservice, unsere Website, unsere Richtlinien oder unsere Verpackung verbessern können – um Ihr T+A-Erlebnis einfacher, angenehmer oder besonderer zu gestalten.
Jede Idee, ob groß oder klein, hilft uns, T+A im Zuge unseres Wachstums weiterzuentwickeln. Zahlreiche Ihrer bisherigen Vorschläge haben bereits zu sichtbaren und spürbaren Veränderungen geführt, und wir möchten gemeinsam weiterhin eine großartige Marke aufbauen!

I love the Lenor crease releaser so would love it if you could do a similar product in a 100ml size for those of us who are always travelling and don’t have access to an iron!
Also 100ml sizes of your fabric sprays with a standard spray top (space saving) would be great 😍
Basically everything mini so we can take it away on trips!
Something like a Tide stain remover pen would be amazing.
Also a shoe deodoriser or scented sheets we can put in suitcases/bags to keep them smelling fresh. 👠✈️
A lot of washing machines in laundromats don’t have the section to put liquids in – you have to put pods inside the drum, so I have to take ariel pods with me when travelling. It would be great if you created pods so I can smell of T+A when away from home. You could sell a little pod case so we can safely take a couple away with us.

I personally would love a home fragrance range – candles, wax melts, room sprays, pillow sprays, diffusers.. anything!
And now were asking – please just launch Icing on the cake and Pistachio as perfumes, they are my absolute favourite scents and I just want to smell like them all the time!!

As a member of the military, and working in a hard water area, I use ironing water to prevent limescale build up in my iron. Can you produce ironing water, using the same fragrance range as your washing products? Having a concentrated refill option would also allow for a more sustainable option to be considered.

I love the scents , but had trouble with the spray, as it leaked the fluid and wouldn’t spray no matter how tight I make the top it still pours out making my bed soaking wet.This has really caused me a problem , and put me off using it .
