In den vergangenen Monaten haben wir fleißig an neuen Produkten wie Santal, Golden Oud und Little Miracle gearbeitet, den Deckel überarbeitet, um das Öffnen zu erleichtern, unsere Lieferzeiten verkürzt, mehr Kundendienstmitarbeiter eingestellt und unsere Abläufe optimiert – alles mit dem Ziel, Ihnen, den Nutzern unserer Produkte, den bestmöglichen Service und das beste Erlebnis zu bieten.
Wir arbeiten im Hintergrund mit Hochdruck daran, aber wir würden uns sehr über Ihre Meinung und Ihre Vorschläge freuen.
Was könnten wir noch tun?
Es könnte sich um einen neuen Duft handeln, den wir noch nicht haben, eine App, die die Verwaltung von Abonnements vereinfacht, um Optimierungen an bestehenden Produkten oder um jede andere Möglichkeit, wie wir unseren Kundenservice, unsere Website, unsere Richtlinien oder unsere Verpackung verbessern können – um Ihr T+A-Erlebnis einfacher, angenehmer oder besonderer zu gestalten.
Jede Idee, ob groß oder klein, hilft uns, T+A im Zuge unseres Wachstums weiterzuentwickeln. Zahlreiche Ihrer bisherigen Vorschläge haben bereits zu sichtbaren und spürbaren Veränderungen geführt, und wir möchten gemeinsam weiterhin eine großartige Marke aufbauen!

I really love the product but of late have found the subscription process very unhelpful and it now does not work for me anymore or my pocket. So much so that I am actually considering whether I continue with T&A. Ideally I need two shampoos and 1 conditioner per order as I am in a hard water area. Currently this option is not available to me. I feel that there needs to be much more flexibility for the customer around what you can order per order so that I can buy what I need and not what you wish to send me. It would be really helpful to be able to go into my account and add extra products to the monthly subscription on a one off basis per order. This would help with the postage cost too as there would be no need for separate orders. The idea of an App to manage this sounds like an excellent idea. Also when you reward us, can you send what I use instead of a different fragrance. You have an excellent product that people really love and its impressive that you reach out to us for our opinions. It will be interesting to see what ideas you take on board and how quickly you can implement them.

Would love packaging that can be recycled, and ability to add individual samples (available in all scents!) to orders and subscriptions

The stain reversal powder box needs to change – the current packaging means that the powder spills all over the floor whenever you lift the top lid off the box, especially after being transported for delivery.

Laundry detergent sheets but with the fragrances, desperately trying to be eco friendly in the house but don’t want to sacrifice the lovely laundry smells
Returns for bottles and refill pouches to recycle them.
