Hey guys, Ciara here! I’m one of the founders of T+A 🥰
Over the past few months, we’ve been busy bringing you new products like Santal, Golden Oud and Little Miracle, re-modelling the lid to make it easier for you to open, upgrading our shipping times, adding more customer service staff, and tightening up our operations, all for one goal: Being able to give you, the people who use our products, the best service and experience possible.
We are working our hardest behind the scenes, but we'd love your opinion, and an entry into the suggestions box.
What could we do more?
It could be a new fragrance we don't have, an app to make managing subscriptions easier, tweak to current products, or any other way we can improve like our customer service, website, policies, or packaging - to make your T+A experience easier, more enjoyable, or more special.
Every idea, big or small, helps us shape T+A as we grow. Absolutely loads of your past suggestions have already become changes you can see and feel, and we want to keep building an amazing brand together!

Laundry detergent sheets but with the fragrances, desperately trying to be eco friendly in the house but don’t want to sacrifice the lovely laundry smells
Returns for bottles and refill pouches to recycle them.

Would be nice to have the option to select 2 different scents when ordering refills. Like when ordering Laundry Shampoo Refill – 2 Pack
We can select to two different scents. Instead of 2 the same.

Would love a concentrated version of the conditioners, I have to end up using 2 – 3 times the amount sometimes more to be able to smell it, other wise I have to use the fabric spray which is great but you don’t have them in every scent and I feel as though it is a waste buying the conditioner if I can’t smell it or can only use it for really small loads like 5 items at a time

Please can you consider an app. Would be fab especially when changing anything to do with a subscription or even ordering a different product. Would love Santal in the spray too obsessed with it 🤩

Fragrance is so faint. Please do better. Not my nose problem not my laundry problen because I gave your shampoo and conditioner products to thirteen neighbours in my community to try they all think it is too faint once it’s dry. Only cherry is almost up to our standard. The Chocolate one faded away the fastest
we did follow you washing method tutorial. Increase your scent in the bottle if that means increase the prices then increase! it’s alright to raise your prices if that means we can finally get a decent level of fragrance.
