Wir hatten den unglaublichsten Produktlaunch aller Zeiten: das Textilreinigungsparfüm! 🥳 Wir haben jahrelang daran gearbeitet und freuen uns riesig, dass es endlich für euch bereit ist. Der Launch war fantastisch, und wir haben Extraschichten eingelegt, um alle Bestellungen so schnell wie möglich zu bearbeiten und zu verpacken, damit ihr das bestmögliche Erlebnis habt. 💜
Wir haben alle Bestellungen vom Start weg schnell verschickt! Aber dann… nur ein paar Tage später bekamen wir diese Nachrichten 🥲
Wir finden es schade, dass das für einige von euch eine Premiere war! Jede Flasche Textilreinigungsparfüm wird von Hand befüllt, und auch die Auslöser werden von Hand eingesetzt. Manchmal saßen sie einfach nicht fest genug!
Wir haben jetzt ein weiteres Siegel hinzugefügt, das es für Sie noch sicherer macht! Ein großartiges britisches Unternehmen konnte diese und die Maschine innerhalb eines Tages liefern. Daher sind wir über 640 Kilometer gefahren, um sie abzuholen und sicherzustellen, dass jedes Mal alles perfekt ankommt!
Vielen Dank an alle, die bestellt und den Launch unterstützt haben! Ihr seid die allerersten, die dieses Produkt überhaupt haben, daher war euer frühes Feedback unglaublich. 🥰

Glad im not the only one that had a leak with my sample sachet could not give photo evidence as requested as i could not see a tear but was sent a replcement which was addresed promtly

Well I also had leaks from the fab spray.
Placed 2 orders of £180 on release night 3rd Dec.
Both parcels got rejected by the courier due to leaking.
I reported it straight away, however all you kept saying was it’s on its way. Had you have believed me or checked with the courier company, it would have saved several days of delay. By which time certain items became out of stock.
Then the replacement orders were rejected again due to leaking. And again several days of delay before replacement orders were raised again. Then the replacement orders were raised incorrectly then raised again incorrectly.
So as of today, I’ve still not received anything.
All I was offered was a 2.99 free sample.
I was promised delivery before Christmas as they were for gifts.
Well my latest replacement order is still waiting to be collected by the courier. Guess what. They have now finished collecting until after Christmas.
I’ve also requested a refund several times but not had a response.
No happy.

I was looking forward to your delivery, I used one of your samples today and was extremely disappointed, my washing doesn’t smell of anything, my normal washing routine is far superior…. What a complete con. Please don’t buy anyone, don’t waste your money.

Hi, just to let you guys know that I had a leak in one of the Christmas samples pouches. No biggie, I used the remaining product and just rinsed the residue off of the remaining sachets.
I couldn’t tell how it had leaked so guessing it either didn’t seat fully or got squished and a seam split.
Smelt glorious anyway ☺️
