Wir hatten den unglaublichsten Produktlaunch aller Zeiten: das Textilreinigungsparfüm! 🥳 Wir haben jahrelang daran gearbeitet und freuen uns riesig, dass es endlich für euch bereit ist. Der Launch war fantastisch, und wir haben Extraschichten eingelegt, um alle Bestellungen so schnell wie möglich zu bearbeiten und zu verpacken, damit ihr das bestmögliche Erlebnis habt. 💜
Wir haben alle Bestellungen vom Start weg schnell verschickt! Aber dann… nur ein paar Tage später bekamen wir diese Nachrichten 🥲
Wir finden es schade, dass das für einige von euch eine Premiere war! Jede Flasche Textilreinigungsparfüm wird von Hand befüllt, und auch die Auslöser werden von Hand eingesetzt. Manchmal saßen sie einfach nicht fest genug!
Wir haben jetzt ein weiteres Siegel hinzugefügt, das es für Sie noch sicherer macht! Ein großartiges britisches Unternehmen konnte diese und die Maschine innerhalb eines Tages liefern. Daher sind wir über 640 Kilometer gefahren, um sie abzuholen und sicherzustellen, dass jedes Mal alles perfekt ankommt!
Vielen Dank an alle, die bestellt und den Launch unterstützt haben! Ihr seid die allerersten, die dieses Produkt überhaupt haben, daher war euer frühes Feedback unglaublich. 🥰

Am I the only one having issues with the new ‘pourers’ on the shampoo and conditioner bottles? – the liquid is coming out of more than the spout (it’s leaking around the sides as well)

I love your products and I have placed several orders. I love the concept and would like to support, however, have you become a victim of your own success?. Your emails and messages are too slow in being answered, sometimes not at all. You need either a webchat for immediate response to problems or a telephone number. A company is measured on their response to problems.

I know how you are striving to be as eco-friendly as possible with regards to refills and recycling; so as a suggestion for when further orders of FCP are placed maybe the option of ordering the coordinating spray mechanism could be separate? This way it would be more eco friendly to reuse the existing spray ‘gun’.
Also are you looking to create FCP refills like you do for the shampoo and conditioner?
One last thing; I know you have done so well to resolve the leak issue on the FCP bottles but my next order with the new seal still leaked (have raised this with customer service so not a complaint) is there any way this could be completely resolved, as it is disappointing? Many thanks, you have improved life and laundry. The Duvet Day FCP scent is still going strong on my pillows 3 weeks later! Soooo obsessed 😍

My date night fabric bottle had leaked during delivery list about1/4 bottle 😢 the odyssey bottle was fine ?
