Wir hatten den unglaublichsten Produktlaunch aller Zeiten: das Textilreinigungsparfüm! 🥳 Wir haben jahrelang daran gearbeitet und freuen uns riesig, dass es endlich für euch bereit ist. Der Launch war fantastisch, und wir haben Extraschichten eingelegt, um alle Bestellungen so schnell wie möglich zu bearbeiten und zu verpacken, damit ihr das bestmögliche Erlebnis habt. 💜
Wir haben alle Bestellungen vom Start weg schnell verschickt! Aber dann… nur ein paar Tage später bekamen wir diese Nachrichten 🥲
Wir finden es schade, dass das für einige von euch eine Premiere war! Jede Flasche Textilreinigungsparfüm wird von Hand befüllt, und auch die Auslöser werden von Hand eingesetzt. Manchmal saßen sie einfach nicht fest genug!
Wir haben jetzt ein weiteres Siegel hinzugefügt, das es für Sie noch sicherer macht! Ein großartiges britisches Unternehmen konnte diese und die Maschine innerhalb eines Tages liefern. Daher sind wir über 640 Kilometer gefahren, um sie abzuholen und sicherzustellen, dass jedes Mal alles perfekt ankommt!
Vielen Dank an alle, die bestellt und den Launch unterstützt haben! Ihr seid die allerersten, die dieses Produkt überhaupt haben, daher war euer frühes Feedback unglaublich. 🥰

The leaks have been fixed but my 2 trigger sprays don’t work, the perfume pours out of the actual trigger and down the bottle leaving it all over the floor and hands ,having to use a trigger off one of my kitchen bottles. I have emailed you but no reply. Having bought 2 bottles at 14.99 each would have thought triggers were important ,still love the fragrance and it hasn’t stopped me buying.

As a holistic therapist I do a lot of laundry and was super exited to receive my first order from you and use your products for the first time. I have to say that I was disappointed with the result. I don’t know whether it was because I have to use a hot temperature for my towels etc but there was hardly any smell. I used it on my personal laundry on a lower temperature and still not great! I had such high hopes that these products were going to be adding a little something extra to my treatment room. Will be probably be going back to the commercial brands that I was previously using once it’s used up.

i am finding i am having to use more than a cupful to keep the scent in my washing.i have gone from 60ml to 100ml.!!!!

Had the same problem, the foIl seal had not done its job, HOWEVER, I was made to feel like (i was trying to blag a free bottle) Was I sure it happened in transit? How much Liquid did i lose (when it had seeped into the cardboard🤷♀️? plus a couple more little comments that kinda left a bad taste……Whilst loving the Fabric Spray I feel yous have compromised the scent in your Shampoos & Conditioners, shame really as your product was the best out there but i feel like all the Big Names out, yous offer customers 1 thing and it’s great for a while, then that once great smell starts to get weaker and weaker and this is letting yous down IMO, Please give us those great powerful smells back that helps us all out re our laundry blues.
