I love T&A but you now have 2x stain removing products, should this be required when we buy a premium washing product? It feels like this highlights the issue with the shampoo not really working. I will keep buying shampoo and conditioner, but would be great if we didn’t need 4x products per laundry load. Hopefully you take this as constructive as intended.
