We're upgrading this!

I’m looking forward to the improved spray bottles for the reason mentioned. I would love to see a refillable pouches as an option to follow so I can reuse these fantastic bottles instead of seeing them go into landfill (or be recycled depending on which county you are in)

I agree I absolutely adore the sprays but I find they leak no matter how hard I turn them to try and seal them and end up with it on my flooring which then becomes really slippy. Will not stop me using them but I do hope you find a solution 🥰

I have had problems with the ‘misters’, you sent replacements which were an improvement on the faulty one but like others I have had issues with the liquid running down my hand and the bottle whilst using them I think an overhaul of the system would be a good idea. I would personaly like a cloud type mist, I never use the ‘jet’ type setting. Love the product though.

I do love her. It makes everything smell fresh but I agree with what other customers are said above the bottle does leak also when spraying the lid starts to come undone and it goes all over your hands. I don’t mind the fine mist because it’s lightweight but in the video I can see the other 2 settings for the spray is quite heavy and it will drip on the floor and can cause slipperiness which is dangerous, especially if elderly people when children, I would prefer the neck of the bottle to be more secured to stop coming undone when spraying
