About a year ago, we launched a fragrance that every bit of market research told us wouldn't workβ¦ and it turns out... they were right πππ
The weird bit isβ¦ you all loved the idea! So we genuinely thought we'd created our next best selling scent. A creamy blend of cocoa and vanilla, the first ever brown bottle in the collection, a seriously cosy scent. π§Έπ€
Instead...we've accidentally created one of the most exclusive laundry detergents in the UK because only a few of you have it! π
So today, we're officially announcing that once Cocoa Butter Kisses is gone, it's gone and we won't be producing any more! π’π₯Ή (If you're a subscriber, don't worry as we've put aside lots of bottles so as long as you'd like this scent, you've got it)!
It's one of my favourites personally, so I'm so sad to see it go. If you'd love to try it,Β shop it here!
Before she goes, I'd love to knowβ¦ What do you think happened? Was it the scent? The bottle? Or were you all just too loyal to our other scents?Β
Itβs not all bad news... weβre giving a Cocoa Butter Kisses fan the chance to win a yearβs supply π€ Weβve shared the details of how to enter on our Instagram! Follow our Instagram here

I have it and donβt really use it very much I just donβt think it smelled strongly enough of chocolate or cocoa! Maybe if it had been a creamy coffee/vanilla scent it may have worked better!

Shame! I really like the sweeter scents, but that may be something to do with my prolific sweet tooth as well.
Itβs a real βgo toβ cozy winter scent for me.
This, icing on the cake & candy beach (which I am making last with the upmost frugality) are some of my favourites π«©

I liked this scent but itβs not strong enough and doesnβt last like others in the range so I didnβt buy it again

I liked it, but I prefer the stronger smell of OUD and date night

As your fragrances go, it was one of the options I didnβt dislike (I love Duvet Day, Date Night and the new Celestial I think I likeβ¦) but the problem I have with all but Date Night is that the scent doesnβt last long, in fact I use 3 caps of each to my 5kg load and it still doesnβt last long, none do and that is a shame because if they did last, Iβm sure there would be a bigger fan-base and most likely a different customer base- far wider than you already have and maybe what is voted for or sold the most would be different than it is now.
People are mostly buying oud scents and woody scents not because those are the most loved scents but because those types of scents last longer. People arenβt going to spend more than their regular supermarket branded option if itβs not offering them something different, and with the current staying power of a lot of your line-up, it isnβt staying long enough for people to enjoy it.
