Β
About a year ago, we launched a fragrance that every bit of market research told us wouldn't workβ¦ and it turns out... they were right πππ
The weird bit isβ¦ you all loved the idea! So we genuinely thought we'd created our next best selling scent. A creamy blend of cocoa and vanilla, the first ever brown bottle in the collection, a seriously cosy scent. π§Έπ€
Instead...we've accidentally created one of the most exclusive laundry detergents in the UK because only a few of you have it! π
So today, we're officially announcing that once Cocoa Butter Kisses is gone, it's gone and we won't be producing any more! π’π₯Ή (If you're a subscriber, don't worry as we've put aside lots of bottles so as long as you'd like this scent, you've got it)!
It's one of my favourites personally, so I'm so sad to see it go. If you'd love to try it,Β shop it here!
Before she goes, I'd love to knowβ¦ What do you think happened? Was it the scent? The bottle? Or were you all just too loyal to our other scents?Β
Itβs not all bad news... weβre giving a Cocoa Butter Kisses fan the chance to win a yearβs supply π€ Weβve shared the details of how to enter on our Instagram! Follow our Instagram here

Cocoa is as a colour and of itβs texture β¦ the closest thing to number 2. and with that itβs the farthest away from clean. therefore, on a subconscious level when I take the brown bottle my first thought is a brick of shit. or if I go chocolate addiction it reminds me of that nasty stain on my fingers from the melting chocolate. so also: dirty.
honestly: same thing happened to me with the sandal bottle and the hopeless romantic (in my storage room, the light bulb is one of these early LED ones that give shit light and take away the warmth in the light) so hopeless poop color!
for me, as a colour fetishist / diva that is the reason number 1, why cocoaβs fair well as a laundry thing will make room for hangdog look the country club plese to return as a permanent fragrance. please. begging please.

PS. Sorry to come back but reading through the comments I just had to add that I agree with a lot of what some customers are saying β thereβs a lot of inconsistency going on! You canβt sustain customer loyalty if you keep withdrawing scents that customers feel loyal to. It will make customers nervous β itβs also odd because 12 days ago you were sold out on Cocoa Butter Kisses which implies itβs popular! Either way, the inconsistency might be a steep learning curve for a company so young.

The spray is gorgeous- such a shame you are getting rid of this one. More florals seem to be taking over which I am not keen on but Celestial should replace it!! Itβs absolutely lovely and a Celestial fabric spray would bring it all together! Personally I really didnβt like Pistachio. I donβt feel it smells at all like it which is a shame. The vanilla and oud notes permeate our home but Celestial has now entered the Laundry Room!!

Yep good riddance, that and Summer Fling are very much not to my taste. I had to fling the Fling it was so bad.
Fortunately I love many of your others, but itβs a good job I didnβt try either of those first or I wouldnβt be here today!
