Was this lady being too honest? 🫣🤪😂🫶
We showed our new packaging, thinking it was great, and a customer commented saying that she didn’t like it 😮
But really, that comment was exactly what we needed! Because honestly, we didn’t like it either 😅😂
We are trying to do something different in laundry, to reinvent an entire industry.
And the way that we designed that first packaging was actually to satisfy the way retail is currently done! But it just doesn’t nail what we are trying to do.
So, thank you! 🫶
We are sending you a free stain pen for giving us the push we needed, and we’ve gone back to the drawing board 😂

B is the best without a doubt. More luxurious feel to it like a high end make up product, The contrast background makes the pen stand out more.

Honestly I love B.. but I think too much of them pen is showing. Reason being, it could rip easily & pens might fall out of the packaging & cause issues in the long run. If it was a smaller oval cut out of the packaging to show the name (logo) & luxury silver pen inside would be very beautiful.

If I ‘had’ to choose, then it would be b, but I actually prefer the current packaging over all 3 options 🤷🏻♀️

C is the winner for me – it’s fits with the rest of the brand, especially the stain remover powder – it makes it look like a companion product!

Packing C, B at a stretch.
I find A and B looks more like beauty packaging.
And, I really don’t mind the current final picture. I’d find it cheap looking if that plastic wrap style packaging at the start of the email.
I want something I can easily recycle (no plastic viewing). Shows what it is, clear instructions.
