Was this lady being too honest? 🫣🤪😂🫶
We showed our new packaging, thinking it was great, and a customer commented saying that she didn’t like it 😮
But really, that comment was exactly what we needed! Because honestly, we didn’t like it either 😅😂
We are trying to do something different in laundry, to reinvent an entire industry. Â
And the way that we designed that first packaging was actually to satisfy the way retail is currently done! But it just doesn’t nail what we are trying to do.
So, thank you!  🫶
We are sending you a free stain pen for giving us the push we needed,  and we’ve gone back to the drawing board 😂

Current packaging, the box is nice and simple, who needs more ! But it would be amazing to see how much product was left, I had to panic buy my 2nd as it finished without me realising

I like it as it is – but I guess from a shelf sales perspective A and if we’re being eco conscious no plastic is the best option. But I don’t think it needs changing (however I brought from the website not a store)

I’ll go B, but I have another issue. I went to use my first refill today and couldn’t get the old one out of the silver casing. Surely I should be able to push it up from the bottom rather than having to pull it? I quickly realised that I could use the refill as is without the silver casing so I might just not bother.
