Was this lady being too honest? 🫣🤪😂🫶
We showed our new packaging, thinking it was great, and a customer commented saying that she didn’t like it 😮
But really, that comment was exactly what we needed! Because honestly, we didn’t like it either 😅😂
We are trying to do something different in laundry, to reinvent an entire industry. Â
And the way that we designed that first packaging was actually to satisfy the way retail is currently done! But it just doesn’t nail what we are trying to do.
So, thank you!  🫶
We are sending you a free stain pen for giving us the push we needed,  and we’ve gone back to the drawing board 😂

C. Think its classy, and I like the idea of a link to show you how to use the pen. Looks like its all cardboard which is an added bonus for recycling

B. I like the information style at the top and bottom, alongside viewing the product. Plus no plastic!
Regarding the photo used, the plastic look nails don’t align with the classiness of the brand. They look cheap and a bit dated.

The original boxing does the job. I didn’t buy it for the box but for the product inside that works really well.
On a separate note, the spray bottles of fabric perfume are you going to offer refill pouches at all?

I like the packaging of B
So that you can see the product!
However I wasn’t put off by the original packaging.
