Was this lady being too honest? 🫣🤪😂🫶
We showed our new packaging, thinking it was great, and a customer commented saying that she didn’t like it 😮
But really, that comment was exactly what we needed! Because honestly, we didn’t like it either 😅😂
We are trying to do something different in laundry, to reinvent an entire industry.
And the way that we designed that first packaging was actually to satisfy the way retail is currently done! But it just doesn’t nail what we are trying to do.
So, thank you! 🫶
We are sending you a free stain pen for giving us the push we needed, and we’ve gone back to the drawing board 😂

Something to consider as well is that the public love to damage packaging in order to get to the product to check it out, something that used to drive me mad when I worked in retail. They’ll think nothing of ripping open the box to get to the pen, then take the lid off and try it out. As unattractive as the initial packaging was, it looks the least likely to get damaged…I’m not saying stick with that, it’s just worth considering something that’s ’tamper-proof’ as much as possible.

C because it also gives an idea of what it does. Other options are cute but for someone who’s never seen the product before it might look like a misplaced mascara or lip balm 😅

The silver doesn’t fit the rest of the range design which is quite playful and minimalist. Go for a design showing how much product is left in (A) and a material similar to the bottles and the scent boosters with the matte finish 🙃
