Was this lady being too honest? 🫣🤪😂🫶
We showed our new packaging, thinking it was great, and a customer commented saying that she didn’t like it 😮
But really, that comment was exactly what we needed! Because honestly, we didn’t like it either 😅😂
We are trying to do something different in laundry, to reinvent an entire industry.
And the way that we designed that first packaging was actually to satisfy the way retail is currently done! But it just doesn’t nail what we are trying to do.
So, thank you! 🫶
We are sending you a free stain pen for giving us the push we needed, and we’ve gone back to the drawing board 😂

I like A or B but not the rest

I like A the most as it shows what it looks like without giving customers an immediate chance to cover the mirror effect in finger prints by touching it. This I feel would put me off buying one had it been mauled before I got to use it. Does that make sense. I use one and think its great BTW 👍

B looks the nicest but I suspect would get damaged quite easily and that would put people off buying with damaged packaging. C won’t stack nicely on a shelf or in a cupboard. So A.

C while the product is new so that shoppers know what it is/does. Revert back to current packaging once well established.
B could result in lots with broken packaging on the shelves due to the open sides.
