2023 was literally the beginning. We are just getting started. There’s been so much learned in just 6 months. In 2024 we take all those learnings you’ve given us, and all our future visions, to begin building a business that changes an entire industry! At the core of this is that we want to deliver above and beyond for the people who use our products!

First on our list is a 6* customer experience. 5* isn’t enough. We want the best customer experience for you, not just in the laundry industry, but in any industry! This covers everything from being constantly stocked, rapid responses, flawless product experience, rewards for shopping with us, and VIP support, all at prices you feel great about! 

We are striving to give you more value than you could ever expect. We will continue to develop ways to get you even more involved in the business, whether it be launching the biggest sampling phase in history, or allowing you to invest in the business and becoming an owner alongside me and my co-founders! 

We plan to develop new products, enhance our current products, open up retail stores, and give you more ways to enjoy and experience Tallow + Ash. This sounds like a lot, and it is. But, with the passion, energy and experience we have in our team, combined with your support and constant feedback, there’s no doubt in our minds that we won’t achieve it all together. Take a look at the list above, and by the end of 2024 we’ll be ticking them off.

Not specifically related to your 2024 goals – which are fabulous, by the way – but more of a question on whether you’re hiring or expanding your team? I’m a copywriter specialising in the luxury sectors (travel, retail and fashion) and I love your company ethos and branding. Bit of a long shot, bit if you don’t ask, you don’t get!

I recycling program, of people send back a certain amount of bottles to be reused or recycled by yourself they can earn a bottle or points! Encouraging customers to carry on with your intentions with the company in terms of eco aware and sustainability.

I would love to see baby products on the market. We all love to have a snuggle with a baby 👶 so why not take advantage of it & inspire mothers to be, mothers & of course the dinosaurs the grandparents who can be introduced to all of the gorgeous scents. Grannies love 🥰 a wee change

I think you should send a box of all products to Cole and Abbie. They have over 1 million followers on social media.
They do mystery box reveals, their family content and give reviews of products. Abbie loves cleaning and is a scentsy fan. She loves scents on her clothes so I think your products could be ideal and they could raise your following.
