Discovery Samples...but minis!! What do you think? 💜
Design and packaging are a big deal to us at T+A. Our Laundry Shampoo + Conditioner bottles weren't designed to look great, their rectangular shape means they fit neatly into cupboards and shelves without awkward gaps or wasted space. 🙏
But when we looked at our Discovery Samples, we realised something. Sachets just aren't giving the same clean, considered aesthetic. So we started exploring a new idea. Minis. 🥹
The idea is a beautiful Discovery Sample box with our bestselling scents, each one in a mini bottle instead of a sachet. These minis would hold three times the amount, giving you three washes instead of just one.
We've found that a single sachet doesn't always reflect how people actually do their laundry. Wash loads and machine sizes vary, and everyone has their own preference when it comes to how much detergent they use. 🤗 It's still early days, but before we go any further, we wanted to ask you first.

Packaging wise is this more or less environmentally sustainable? Do the minis recycle better than the pouch samples?
Would also be good for travelling away for a week in self accommodation etc. as wouldn’t necessarily want to take full size bottles.

I don’t think it’s a good idea, I think it would be too much plastic waste as the bottles are really thick.

I love the idea of a larger volume to try – and surely the plastic is better to recycle than the sachets?
Could there be a conditioner set too? So we could get the full experience.
These would be ideal for travel use too 😉
