What do you guys think of this Refill Pouch recycle system!? ♻️
When we showed you our refill pouch concept back in August, we had this great comment from Stacey Smith suggesting a system where the empty pouches could be sent back to us to be refilled and reused!
We absolutely loved this idea, as keeping Tallow + Ash as planet-friendly as possible is super important to us. Our initial thoughts are to create a system where once you’ve used 6 refill pouches or more, you can package them up and send them back to our warehouse so they can be reused or recycled correctly. And then as a thank you from us to you, we’ll gift you a free Laundry Shampoo + Conditioner set of your choice!
We want to make this process as easy as possible for you so we’re looking at getting some pre-paid return labels sorted before we get this system up and running but would love to hear your feedback first!
Thank you as always for being a part of developing this brand with us! 💜

Hi is this up and running yet? Like a previous comment I didn’t realise this system was not already in place when I ordered. I would be interested without any incentive just a return label.

Would be very interested in this product if recycling was an option. Bower collective offer this return service for their cleaning products/shampoos etc so it’s definitely do-able, they re-use where possible or recycle. No incentives required just caring about waste and recycling ♻️🙏🏼

I think this would be an incredible idea! Like someone else said, I wouldn’t expect a free product, just a return label maybe- the reduction of waste is incentive enough. I’m really keen to try your products but I currently refill at a local zero-waste shop so feel like I can’t just yet without this scheme as it would cause much more waste than I have at the minute. Ill keep checking back to stay updated :)

This is a great idea – please get it up and running as soon as possible

I have been wondering if the pouches are recyclable so this scheme is excellent. When will it be up and running?
