What do you guys think of this Refill Pouch recycle system!? ♻️
When we showed you our refill pouch concept back in August, we had this great comment from Stacey Smith suggesting a system where the empty pouches could be sent back to us to be refilled and reused!
We absolutely loved this idea, as keeping Tallow + Ash as planet-friendly as possible is super important to us. Our initial thoughts are to create a system where once you’ve used 6 refill pouches or more, you can package them up and send them back to our warehouse so they can be reused or recycled correctly. And then as a thank you from us to you, we’ll gift you a free Laundry Shampoo + Conditioner set of your choice!
We want to make this process as easy as possible for you so we’re looking at getting some pre-paid return labels sorted before we get this system up and running but would love to hear your feedback first!

Love this about sending back the refill pouches! Suggest having an option that requires no printer (eg Royal Mail, Evri) but most couriers offer this nowadays. Main suggestion would be to offer an alternative to the 2 free bottles when you send back 6 pouches – just because some people (including me) are likely to buy a box of everything with the intention of just refilling them in the future – so for me, a free/discounted refill pouch/es would be preferred over 2 new plastic bottles of a fragrance I’ve already got. Thanks!

Brilliant idea, would be definitely interested in this, reward of extra amazing smelling products would be great incentive to recycle so would definitely do it!
