What do you guys think of this Refill Pouch recycle system!? ♻️
When we showed you our refill pouch concept back in August, we had this great comment from Stacey Smith suggesting a system where the empty pouches could be sent back to us to be refilled and reused!
We absolutely loved this idea, as keeping Tallow + Ash as planet-friendly as possible is super important to us. Our initial thoughts are to create a system where once you’ve used 6 refill pouches or more, you can package them up and send them back to our warehouse so they can be reused or recycled correctly. And then as a thank you from us to you, we’ll gift you a free Laundry Shampoo + Conditioner set of your choice!
We want to make this process as easy as possible for you so we’re looking at getting some pre-paid return labels sorted before we get this system up and running but would love to hear your feedback first!

Idea is great, but what about having 2 blank pouches and purchaser on return fills in the form and marks which product they would like to be refilled with? When refils are sent you just include a little form to fill in and free postage bag

Think this is a great idea could you pick discount of pouches rather the bottles as probably buying refills as you don’t want the bottles ?

Sorry just thought of something else. Surely a gift of a free set of pouches is better? If I’m sending pouches back I must already have the bottles?
