What do you guys think of this Refill Pouch recycle system!? ♻️
When we showed you our refill pouch concept back in August, we had this great comment from Stacey Smith suggesting a system where the empty pouches could be sent back to us to be refilled and reused!
We absolutely loved this idea, as keeping Tallow + Ash as planet-friendly as possible is super important to us. Our initial thoughts are to create a system where once you’ve used 6 refill pouches or more, you can package them up and send them back to our warehouse so they can be reused or recycled correctly. And then as a thank you from us to you, we’ll gift you a free Laundry Shampoo + Conditioner set of your choice!
We want to make this process as easy as possible for you so we’re looking at getting some pre-paid return labels sorted before we get this system up and running but would love to hear your feedback first!

I have been really hoping that you guys would do this.
I keep many of my containers because they look really good on the shelf in the utility room. With these pouches, I can reuse the bottles, as it always seems such a shame to throw them out. Thank you

Great idea, but I think it would be preferable to send a free refill packs rather than another 2 plastic bottles. Or have an option to choose between new bottles or refills. I would send mine back regardless.
