So today Niamh, our CS Manager, bought someone a gift card from Beauty Bay so they can treat themselves!
And Maisie, bought someone lunch, with a £20 deliveroo gift card, as a thank you for doing the laundry with us.
Hopefully these people like their gifts, and we’ll be doing this every day as an official business policy to ensure that we are going to be giving the best, most amazing, customer experience as we continue to grow the brand!

I purchased the discovery bundle with the full size as well as the stain remover powder. Shipping took a bit as it had to endure customs since I’m in Florida but it really was quick to arrive. So far haven’t used the stain remover but working my way through the scents, absolutely phenomenal. Lightweight yet long lasting; however my largest contributor is the fact that my skin isn’t itchy. Your products don’t have that weird coating leftover like other main brands. I love love loveeee it and will be telling everyone about it.

I’m not so greedy,I’m a pensioner looking after my end stage Kidney disease husband at home so it has been so nice to make my husband so comfortable in his bed, inhaling the fresh scented smell of fresh linen! Maybe a sample or two of your stain remover would be grately appreciated by both my husband and myself! Please carry on your good work!

This is such a wholesome idea! I have been trying to get fit and focus on myself but finding it hard to motivate myself. Running/gym wear is so expensive but a new fit would make me feel so good while I’m running 😍
