This can be anything from buying you lunch, to giving you your order on the house. The whole aim is to help make your day as happy as it can be.
The people who use our products are the most important to us. So we are constantly thinking up new ways to make you guys happy, and give you better and better service.
So today Niamh, our CS Manager, bought someone a gift card from Beauty Bay so they can treat themselves!
And Maisie, bought someone lunch, with a £20 deliveroo gift card, as a thank you for doing the laundry with us.
Hopefully these people like their gifts, and we’ll be doing this every day as an official business policy to ensure that we are going to be giving the best, most amazing, customer experience as we continue to grow the brand!

I’m a new customer and am so impressed with the quality of your laundry shampoo & condition. I’ve gone nose blind with regular laundry products but with Tallow & Ash, as soon as I pick up an item it sparks a little bit of joy as it smells heavenly.
As a busy mum to toddlers, I don’t get much time for myself. Safe to say, my self care cup is empty most days. I would love a wee treat just for me to enjoy.
Keep doing what you are doing. The brand is awesome, so glad I found you!

I think this is a lovely idea. I would love you to donate a bit of money to a cancer charity in my dad’s memory. He died of colon cancer 7 years ago. He was a very special man. Thank you lovely Tallow and Ash. Really enjoying your products…an influential company. Well done. Xxx

I’m always a bit suspicious of newer company’s so weary about trying their products.
So although not yet a customer I would love it if Tallow-Ash would even make my month by sending me a sample kit as I love the Look, Description and the whole Ethos of your products.
Prove to me that your Products are as amazing as the your claims please!
