Convinced more than ever this is a scam. Cousin referred me with a 50% off link but the code only gave me £6 off a £40 order. Email with code says “only applies to select collections” but doesn’t tell you what those are or offer any kind of terms and conditions. Shady business, will not be purchasing anything.

It is impossible to apply ANY promo code. I have tried several & not a single one worked (including the one they emailed me specifically). You will see the discount applied, but when it comes time to press the final button to compete the transaction, the price goes back up. I have tried a different phone to order from, different email, different credit card & different name (thinking it recognized me from my previous order) & still no luck. Seeing all these comments complaining would make me think they would resolve this somehow…but clearly they don’t seem to think there’s anything wrong w/ false advertising.
Seems it’s false advertising as no-one can get the so called 50% off to work. It’s very unclear what it actually applies to.
I have tried several times to use my 50% off referral code but I keep getting a message at the checkout stage stating that the code is not valid for the items in my cart even though I’m trying to place a £57 order. You need to start fulfilling your current backlog of orders before even considering yet another scheme. I couldn’t possibly refer anyone at the moment given that I’m still waiting for my first order to arrive and there are many more like me kept waiting. You need to be addressing these in FB instead of deleting comments you don’t like.
