Frequent Flyer Points

Frequent Flyer Points

Hey! Ciara here.

I hope you’re doing great!

In our 2024 goals, we’ve set out to make a world-class rewards program for you. To do this, we’re looking outside our own industry, and bringing in the bits we love, and leaving the bits we don’t.

Bit’s we love about the Airline industry: Amazing points programs.

Bit’s we don’t: Pollution.

Leaving the pollution, but bringing in the rewards, the Frequent Washer program rewards you in the same way as Air miles. When you do the laundry with T+A products, you’ll earn more points which you can exchange for prizes, upgrades, and of course - free washes! Throughout the years this can equal loads, and loads of free washes for you and your family.

This could be the world's first laundry rewards program, so let us know what you think, and if there’s anything you want to see!

We’ll be slowly upgrading this program, making it more and more fun and exciting for you, so check it out. If there is anything you’d like to see in the program or anything you think we should be inspired by, let us know!

You could give points for things like:

Following you on Instagram or X = 30 points
Like you on Facebook = 30 points
Birthday = 100 points
Join the subscription = 80 points
Leave a review = 10 points per review

Totally lost. Am I buying detergent for air mile upgrades on eco friendly airlines or is this a general ‘what would entice you to buy more from us’ survey?

Adding a few other ways to earn points would be awesome-lots of other rewards programs I’ve joined give points for the member’s birthday (once a year, of course!) and to celebrate the anniversary of them signing up to the rewards program or their first purchase, that sort of thing. Milestone type rewards. Some offer points for sharing to social media once or twice a year.

Refer a friend or friends to earn points.

A rewards program sounds so good and useful but please don’t print a plastic card because it’s just so unnecessary. It would be great to get money off or add new releases or new items you’d like the community to test.
