I read one comment that wanted an ironing water, and I agree. I lose my sent in my dryer, because the dryer gets so hot it loses the smell. So, ironing water would be amazing.

I would love to have a kitchen garden range. Possibly Tomatoe vine?

Hi, so I’ve seen the advert a few times and in it was mentioned a coconut based scent, which is my absolute favourite (one I was getting from a certain brand) and thought I’d like to give you guys a try -especially with the benefits over the old brands! But then I get here to find out that it, “Bahama Vibes” I believe is the name, has been discontinued?? Why?? Surely that’s a popular one? I can’t imagine it not being popular! I really really want to try that and would more than likely make that my permanent clothes washing shampoo and conditioner if it was available.

I’m tempted to get the spray, but then it’s a waste to get another fragrance in the shampoo/conditioner area to then spray them with another scent. I know what I like and as much as I’m intrigued by some of the other scents and would test them out (maybe have on hand to change things up every other week so I don’t get fed up with my favourite) I know that I wouldn’t be completely satisfied with something that isn’t coconut based.

Can you please consider bringing it back, and if you do please let me know if you’d be so kind?

I have a tiny amount of Candy Beach left that I use now and again. I used it yesterday and it just filled my house with a gorgeous smell. I forgot how lovely it is.

Would love if the Fabric sprays also came in a refill as I have the bottles and although they can be recycled apparently the spray triggers can’t. I didn’t get a Bahama Vibes in either of my discover packs but have the spray which I used to Refresh my Jacket I wear to work I’m a midwife so love the fact that it has antibacterial properties so feel safe being it into and home from work so not having to wash every day

I’d be interested in the stain remover as a soap. Also, same comment as someone I had seen earlier. The Bahama Vibes was my favourite from the trial sachets, but no longer available to purchase.. so not sure why this is still in the sachet order, better to be removed and a scent currently available to be in that trial – avoids disappointment!

Fragrance oils so I can put the scent in my water diffuser. At the moment I’ve been spraying some of my salted moss fabric spray into my diffuser

Pistachio & Summer Fling aren’t available in Samples currently, so we would love to see the Newer Scents as Samples added on the website. Whether this is by updating the list of duo samples that we can currently buy for £2.49, or as part of the sample pack for £10 but just an updated version 😊

Or even better, a CYO (Create Your Own) option where we could pick our own samples from all of the current (including new) range instead of the pre-set ones (and instead of 10 sets, you could trial a CYO Set of 5).

Maybe even High Maintance as a sample would be fab, especially if you’re thinking to launch a liquid version of it! 🙊

On another topic… I would love it if you made more samples to buy individually, especially to try out your new fragrances. I’m quite picky and found my favourite after trying the samples (bahama vibes, which I’m devastated has been discontinued)! Another thing I think would be really helpful, is if there was an option to buy 2 different scents of the shampoo instead of 2 bottles of the same scent. I’d probably buy a lot more if this was an option.
Also, some fragrances only seem to be available as a shampoo/conditioner set – but I don’t normally use conditioner so would be great if all fragrances could be purchased as shampoo only!

Cleaning products like dish soap that doesn’t irritate sensitive skin/hands.

I’ve not long received my sample packs and am enjoying trying all the different scents. Odyssey is my favourite so far. I’m not that keen on the super sweet scents though. I hope in time you will introduce a more ‘ocean’ scent, like Molton Brown’s Coastal Cypress & Sea Fennel which is so fresh and wonderful.

I love the idea of Frequent Washer Points. Given your theme of air travel in your new promotion, have you considered joining Virgin Rewards or the BA alternative? That way not only I can earn Tallow & Ash FWP but Virgin rewards too when I purchase your products! In addition, introduce you to a much wider customer base too. Also, I think the sample sachets would be ideal travel wash solutions too…. be the first to have your sachets in the little goody bags you get on the airlines and definately have on sale at airports and supermarkets! Have you considered adding a luxury bubble bath or shower foam to the range, so it enhances the fragrance when you get into bed at night. Maybe fot the relaxing fragrances

I store my laundry items sideways in the cupboard (as if they were books), but the “spine” of your bottles doesn’t say what each one contains! Please could you add a kind of book title to the spine of the bottle? Basically saying what scent and what product (shampoo or conditioner) it is?

I love the bundle with all of different products because everything smells differently beautiful . My son said use only Odisey for my clothes, my husband stopped moaning about smells of the conditioners, my daughters every time says "oh, this smells so good. " Me , I miss Celestial, but I hope you’ll keep Oud. Odisey,lucky men, I hope you’ll keep it as well because my son loved it and his room smells so lovely . I love the gentle notes of Date night and Aurora for my daughters. Just I am not big fan to smell like food that I eat, like cocoa, coconuts, some fruits and sweets when you feel exact smell of them not in combinations, otherwise they smells lovely as well… love them just they are not my favourite ones.

I would like to suggest an antibacterial shampoo and conditioner that smells as amazing as the other scents, but still removes nasty gym bacteria on a par with a well known brand beginning with D. Then my gym clothes are bacteria free and smell amazing, especially for close contact sport.

Have been ordering for a few months now. love all the scents but would love them to be a little stronger. Would love a cherry fragrance. Just got my second big delivery and safety stoppers inside which I couldn’t get off as I’m disabled and have problems with my hands so had to get a friend to open them. Thank you for what you do. Don’t try doing loads of different products. You need to build on the ones you do have then start getting into other products.

A doser ball would be great, I like the shampoo liquid in with the clothes much more than in the draw.

Just had my first order from you, and I am absolutely loving all of the scents so far. I am not a flowery girly girl, and would love some more of the woody scents. I also do aromatherapy and make my own bath and beauty products. My all time favourite mix is patchouli, violet and raspberry which smells very sensual, I personally call it sensuality and therefore, it would be excellent for a Valentine’s Day promotion. A good name for this would be “be my valentine” or patchouli and orange work well together and smells a bit hippie, so hippie heaven would be a good name for this one.

I would love to be able to order 2 different conditioners instead of a pack of 2 of the same. I use more conditioner than shampoo but just one bottle would be sufficient when ordering extra conditioner. Mix and match would be much better.

I would love to see some wardrobe fragrances. From washing to storage with the same scent would be amazing. I currently use left over perfume lids or bottles for my wardrobe to smell nice but they never last long and not protecting my clothes from moths.

Would you consider doing large bottles of ironing water eg 5litre bottles. I use a lot because I steam rather than iron my linen bedding etc?

I’ve got rid of my dishwasher so I’m washing up dishes by hand now, which I quite enjoy actually, but it would be even better if you did some gorgeous scented dishwashing liquid!

- Tom Ford (Oud Wood) = Exotic rosewood, cardamom, oud notes, sandalwood, vetiver. With notes of tonka bean and amber
- Abercrombie (Fierce) = Marine breeze, sandalwood and sensual musk wood notes

I absolutely love your products. I also love Cheirosa 68 Perfume Mist, and I think this would be an amazing smell to try and replicate, notes of pink dragonfruit and lychee. fresh notes of Brazillian jasmine, ocean air, hibiscus and vanilla!!! Also would love dryer sheets!!

Fabric sprays and tumble dryer sheets to compliment the existing range would be amazing! The scent is strong when air dried but that’s less of an option in winter so unfortunately the scent disappears immediately in the dryer. 😓

I’m new to the company so not sure if you already do this but seasonal scents to match different times of the year would be lovely!

I live in an area with hard water so I have to put 2 caps each of shampoo and conditioner. The scent is there after washing but as soon I put it in the dryer, most (if not, all )the scent has disappeared. The only way I can retain the scent is to air dry it.

Perhaps the scent can be more concentrated. Or even having scented dryer sheets would be great.

My suggestion would be to return our bottles to you as I am now the proud owner of 26 of them and they’ve taken over every spare space I can find in my home. They are too pretty to put in the recycling bin and I’m sure it would be more cost effective for your company and kinder to the environment. Please can you make little stickers for the top of the bottles saying ‘shampoo’ and ‘conditioner’. At the moment I Sharpie my bottles so I can tell which is which!

I think it would be great if you had a special product for gym wear which needs different treatment to remove or prevent that funky smell and also shouldn’t be treated with fabric conditioner as it affects the wicking properties of the fabrics.

It would be helpful if the shampoo is available to be purchased separately from the conditioner. I live in hard water area and using double the amount of shampoo per wash as instructed. Having to purchase the shampoo with the conditioner only means that I now have quite a large stock of conditioners which is unnecessary and wasteful. I would love to be able to purchase two bottles of the shampoo only every other months to be able to use my stock of conditioners rather than accumulate them!

Hi everyone, my all time favourite scent is the fenty skin butta whipped cream in a blue packaging. It’s the same scent as their first spf and it’s incredible! I still haven’t found any perfume like it and I would spend all my money on laundry products that would smell like it!

1. Scent booster for laundry.
2. Choose your own sample bundles.
3. Scent drops for wool dryer balls.

Such a shame to keep throwing the bottles away , cant we just buy refills

Suggestions for your scent range…
1. Iron safe liquid that smells like the ones in your range
2. Car refreshers in your scents as gifts to customers OR as purchase items – so the car also smells AMAZING.
3. Carpet cleaning shampoo/conditioner that can be used once a week or once a month (great if you have kids…) in your scent range that also won’t affect the fibres of the carpet as they don’t contain bleaching agents but the house smells wonderful.
4. More ways to earn points on the loyalty programme.

Hi T&A – so you’ve managed to make over doing the washing, so here’s your next challenge – the ironing!
I know a lot of us don’t bother much but there are some things you have to, so rather than an ironing water, but a spray to remove creases and boost the fragrance so you get pure joy when you iron! Also it could have a duel purpose of being a clothes refresher for worn clothes to boost them and give them that fragrance lift. A gorgeous aesthetically pleasing rectangular spray bottle with refills for after you’ve purchased your bottle?

It would be appreciated if you could buy shampoo separately from conditioner. I don’t like using conditioner for towels and if I made this my main washing liquid, I would end up with more conditioner than shampoo.

Some ideas;
1. Refresh spray would be great
2. Dryer sheets OR
3. Reusable Dryer Balls w/ scent drops to match the shampoo & conditioner

Just wanted to share I’ve now become a step great nanny so exciting, 5 children between me and hubby, 17 grandchildren and now a great grandchild a boy, and I do plenty of washing, when they stay here, so I need something nice and smelly, yes it’s yours, works all the time, gentle fresh smelling and non toxic, I’m 61 and hubby 65 so we’re not young trendy people lol.. Adding a few other ways to earn points would be awesome-lots of other rewards programs I’ve joined give points for the member’s birthday (once a year, of course!) and to celebrate the anniversary of them signing up to the rewards program or their first purchase, that sort of thing. Milestone type rewards. Some offer points for sharing to social media once or twice a year.

Refer a friend or friends to earn points.

A rewards program sounds so good and useful but please don’t print a plastic card because it’s just so unnecessary. It would be great to get money off or add new releases or new items you’d like the community to test.

I’d love to see a (maybe 100-150 point?) option to add a sample of your choosing to your purchase… So if I’m buying LS&FabCon of one fragrance I can spend a few points to add in a duo sample of a fragrance I haven’t tried (I’d actually like that as a paid option too! Lol… Though appreciate the logistics might be awkward!). It would be a cheap points spend but would be great, especially as you release new fragrances (& even new products! Being able to order a sample of laundry beads, or a 10ml vial of freshner? That would be amazing!! As the brand grows people would love to be able to test me products x before they buy full sized! Especially in this amazing wee “laundry couture” niche you’ve both created and carved for yourselves! 😁 (Btw… I was so excited when I became an investor!! I’ve been with you almost from the start, and have loved watching the brand grow and develop! Your determination and interaction with your followers is second to none! hello, before the changes I have enough points for a free laundry and conditioner combo and now I only have 21 points? wish I claimed the free bottles before this change but there was no way of knowing
