Hey guys, Ciara here! I’m one of the founders of T+A 🥰
Over the past few months, we’ve been busy bringing you new products like Santal, Golden Oud and Little Miracle, re-modelling the lid to make it easier for you to open, upgrading our shipping times, adding more customer service staff, and tightening up our operations, all for one goal: Being able to give you, the people who use our products, the best service and experience possible.
We are working our hardest behind the scenes, but we'd love your opinion, and an entry into the suggestions box.
What could we do more?
It could be a new fragrance we don't have, an app to make managing subscriptions easier, tweak to current products, or any other way we can improve like our customer service, website, policies, or packaging - to make your T+A experience easier, more enjoyable, or more special.
Every idea, big or small, helps us shape T+A as we grow. Absolutely loads of your past suggestions have already become changes you can see and feel, and we want to keep building an amazing brand together!

Releasing the little miracle scent as a fabric spray would be amazing. It is such a nice clean smell that reminds me of my little one.

I love these shampoos and conditioners and they smell great when drying indoors but seem to lose their scent when drying outside so please could we have stronger scents that way when i’m asked “what’s that scent?” i can proudly say it’s"Tallow & Ash"

I love T&A and would love fabric sprays in all scents please also going on a cruise in October so would love the minis for crease release for a clothes, need the sprays and bottles to have secure lids and agree with others on stronger scents and thicker liquid also scent boosters,plug in fresheners and cleaning products in all these beautiful scents & maybe a reduction in postage 💜

A seasonal scent would be amazing (though please never use cinnamon in them). Something like a spring morning with a minty freshness. Summer being whatever you can find that smells like skin that’s been in the sun all day on holiday just after a shower using locally made Greek olive oil soap. Autumn, something earthy and rich making you envision a walk in the woods as the leafs fall. And winter something crisp, cool and fresh like stepping outdoors at 6am after a night of snowing. Whatever that icy clean smell is.
Sorry for being so in depth, I wanted to bring my full feelings of the scent to the write up. (And ideally in smaller sizes as I don’t use a lot being a single person so products that are themed last me too long. Eg I still have half the mrs hinch Christmas one from last Christmas) x

I have asked this question several times over the last 6 months and you give the same answer, you are just about to name a new delivery agent instead of using the diabolical EVRI. Why have you not set up an arrangement with DPD or Royal Mail to delivery your goods?, it doesn’t take over 6 months to do that.
EVRI is the worst, unreliable and cheap option of delivery.
I can’t take the chance of ordering any of your products as their is no guarantee EVRI will deliver it!
Maybe just say, you have no intention of adding another delivery company and the customers who are hoping for another delivery can stop being lead along by your company
